I enjoyed my visit here though it was short lived it was very relaxing and very comfortable I have no problems with this place and would recommend it for a stay in or just a weekend get away

If you looking for extended stay at a cheap rate this property offers that.BUT you will experience poor cleaning/maid service. Extensive mold in our first room. Floor was not cleaned when we entered room. We swept dirt in a pile after checking into 2 different rooms. You can change towels every day but you are given back towels that have black marks and hair on it that are considered "clean." Infestation of small roaches. Purchased our own bug spray and
sprayed bugs several times a day. Stove top didnt work properly. Pics on website are somewhat deceptive. Renovations are minimal. Exterior of building and stairs are dirty and smell like pee. Poor internet service. Wish I had read reviews prior to staying.

Noisy, basic room. Advertising as self catering but no cooking or eating utensils in room or available to hire so had to buy, for a 4 might stop. This needs to be made clear before booking. Reception staff were helpful, but couldn't wait to leave, wouldn't stay again.

If you are looking for high class this is not it. I have been staying here for 3 months. Every employee has been pleasant and helpful. I have seen one roach in the time we've been here and that was after rain. I don't know why people are saying it's roach infested. The rooms are comfortable and clean towels. They even replace them without asking after we had just washed them with our laundry. We keep our room clean and dont have a problem with the weekly cleaning service. The clientele is not high class and there have been a couple times that the neighbors are fighting loudly and people outside their rooms partying til 3 AM. Some of the guests are lazy and dont take their trash to the garbage can just outside of the stairwell. They will place them outside their doors or in the stairwell.
The hotel has it collected every morning. They're rates are higher then some motels but those are filthy and unsafe. The rates are lower than most places down here in Fort Lauderdale. Bottom line is you need to have realistic expectations for the price you want to pay.

This is an economy overnight stay hotel while it has a kitchenette and an apartment sized refrigerator and decent bedding. The hotel does not provide dishes so be sure tie bring your own while its listed on the company's site there is no iron and ironing board. Luckily there is a Win-Dixie and Family Dollar so you can get these items easily. It is centrally located to Pollo Tropical, Burger King, La Parilla, and a Chinese Take-away. These stores are what is the appeal to the hotel's location. Staff are a 2 at best depending on whose on

Its a smoke den if you love smoking then this is the place for you. The vents are outside so when people smoke it goes right in your ac. Havent slept a wink as yet.

Way better than expected. Quiet. Security. Cute exterior. No bugs at all and I am on my second week! Clean but very simple room with small kitchens. No dishes or utensils or pots provided. Very satisfied so far.

Worst experience of my life! First of all there's prostitutes and pimps everywhere. So I checked in and the room had obviously not been cleaned. I go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and sheets, and the lady decided to try to refund my charge and then move me to another room. Why the refund I don't know. When I went to the second room, it also hadn't been cleaned and the a/c didn't turn on. So I go back again and request that my original room be cleaned, which is all I wanted in the first place. When they try to run my card again it's locked because of all of the activity. I tell her that I'll settle up in the morning because it's late and my refund hadn't been processed yet. I go back to my room and an hour later the police knock on my door telling me to leave because I didn't pay. I explain the situation to them and they agree with me, but say I still have to leave because the manager wants me to go. All I wanted was a clean room! Now the police are kicking me out as if didn't try to pay. The manager agrees to accept cash for the night, but it was so dirty and unsafe that I just decided to leaveat 1am! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay here. It's not worth the cheap price. There are plenty of other much nicer hotels in the area with much better service for a comparable price. Avoid this place at all costs!

This is a nicer Crack Motel alot of late night activity. No help from staff. If you need a early check out you have to call that day to remind them. But there ate no phones in rooms and you have to get up to call LATE CHECK OUT why do I have to get up to call

We make a reservation directly through they site half a year before. Today we come around midnight and find out that hotel is full! My reservation means nothing to them! They just sell my room to any other after 6pm cause they cant process my card.
No massage to email, no phone call.

As a result - more that 200$ fpr a room in another hotel missing.

I would give this hotel ZERO stars if i could. The pictures are MISLEADING online. The condition of the hotel was no where near as nice as the pictures looked. This place was disgusting - my husband and I did not even stay overnight. Just pulling into the parking lot - we did not feel safe. After being hesitant on checking in, we did but instantly regretted our decision. Our room condition was awful! There were many electrical outlets with no covers, wires for where lights used to be hanging from the ceiling. There were tons of burn marks on the nightstand. We did not even sit on the bed - that's how gross the room felt. Needless to say, we got a refund and went to another hotel ASAP. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, that was the only plus to the hotel experience.

The place worked for what I wanted, which was an overnight within walking distance of the airport for an early flight on the cheap. I needed ear plugs though as the people staying nearby we easily heard. The room was tidy, but smelled like bug killer. The outside of the place, specifically walkways elevator and walls, were dirty. Some rooms were being remodeled, so perhaps they were waiting until that work was done to clean up? The staff were nice.
