Had my Chevy in many times for oil changes and a major service, this last experience was not how a dealership should be run, service dept manger Jim is just like a shady used car salesman quick to pass the buck and make excuses for everything play the name game and not own up that they are the ones in the wrong. Lied straight to my face and very confrontational . One thing I will share is Bill Swoger the dealer operator is the only one that saved this from being a 1 star review and did make everything right, but unfortunately one bad apple spoiled the bunch!

I recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from Cropper's. Best buying experience I have ever had. I met Mr. Bill Swoger, owner and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and co-workers. They also have a great service department for every type of vehicle, as I was a Chrysler owner previously and they serviced that car as well. Totally Awesome!!
