I don't like it all the staff people are always yelling at the kids riding bikes. You should let them play and have fun so what if they hop the wall let them.They aren't even bad they are just having fun and being kids let them have fun please just let them play and don't talk to them.

I have lived in these apartments for about 5 months now, the inside of the aprtments are great, however the outside is not. there is trash everywhere you look and the worst part is the dog feces. There is dog feces eveywhere. I am not able to walk to the mail without smelling animal matter the whole walk. I enjoy to sit out on my patio but do not do so because of the smell. we also have a 2 year old who loves to play outside but is not able to due to the matter. there is about 1 dog poop per 3 square feet. With living here there is a mandatory landscaping fee , that comes out to 21.40$ a month. with there being 644 units onsite with each paying 21.40 a month that is 13,781.6$ a month for landscaping. For this price you think the outsides would be beautiful but in fact are to opposite. today the lawns where cut but the trash was left on the ground, not one piece being picked up that was there before. the landscaping fee is simply there for the company to make more money. we have complained and nothing was done what so ever.

The worst place. Ghetto is a nice word for this complex. Rude office staff. Garbage everywhere. The entire grounds smell like pot. Police helicopters at least once a week. Dont even bother to clean when you leave because you wont get your deposit back.

I have lived here for less than a year and I can not wait to move. The staff is nice and the insides of the apartments arent horrible. The area though is not the place to be, I have already filed 2 police reports and my car has been broken into twice. Cops are there at least once a week. They have been doing construction recently and the map they sent us to tell us where not to park was incorrect, I came outside to go to work and the spot that was not supposed to be in construction was under construction and my car was trapped in. Half the mailboxes are wide open with a lock atempting to hold things together. Its just not a neighborhood I feel safe in and I am so excited to move out in September.

I love the staff that work here! So far I have had no problems with anything in my apartment. I hope I won't have any problems! Jaime and Ricky I believe have been so helpful with anything that I need and answer all of my questions. New paint job looks great!

Regret I moved in! Roaches, Roaches, Roaches straight after arrival! I could only post if you click one star but 'Zero' star more appropriate.

Yes - Luckily I contacted your team already several times since I moved in and the pest control service was there 3 times. Still not going away.The apartment was already infested when we moved in! Because i reported the first Roaches straight after moving in!

UPDATE! Now we have May 17 and still Roaches despite treatment - this place is seriously infested!

June 17 update: Nothing got better - Pigeon droppings everywhere. They do nothing to rid of the pigeon despite complains. Trash areas a catastrophe! Today I spotted a 'Turkey' lying around and Pigeons feasting on it! Swimming Pool still not in working order - they said need part for Swimming Pool in 'A' area - I checked 'B' area swimming pool also closed! Funny that parts are missing at both pools. Complaining at the office does not make much sense. Their company brochure says:"We are measured in our ability to create value for our clients" - empty words!

Good lord. Two years in and it just keeps getting worse. Within the last month there has been a homicide and an armed robbery/attempted robbery,literally, right outside my front door. I'd move out, if I could afford to. Unfortunately I can't.
The managers and maintenence are superb, I can't say enough good things about them, but the people that move in and out of here are horrendous. I don't know if they have lowered the standards of applicants to fill the apartments but damn, it's bad.
The worst part, every year the rent goes up atleast $50.00 per month. Instead of rewarding long term residents, we get punished. Higher rent for a worse living environment. Absolutely absurd. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend moving into these apartments. Go somewhere your loyalty will be rewarded and you don't have to carry a damn gun to be safe. Just ridiculous.

Edit: I am updating this post. I don't understand this property at all. The pool is broken and it's almost July. The grounds go from great to trash back to great each month. I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with both the maintenance staff and office staff, so the problems must be at a higher level. It makes 0 sense. I would be more than happy to pay the amount of rent we pay if there was some consistency with how the property is cared for.

This is the worst experience of my life, I honestly thought I was moving into a great quiet area but THAT IS NOT THE CASE!! It's so dirty and trash EVERYWHERE! Other pinnacle properties are so nice and clean, this one has to be the worst. Not sure how it is on the A side but it seems so much better and keep in mind that's where the leasing office is so that's what they show you! Had I known the B side looked this nasty, I would've never moved in! Honestly the amount of rent we pay in these apartments they should at least have the decency to have them clean inside and out! The B side is HORRIBLE I wish I can get my money back and move!!!!! I've only been here a month and bad reviews since then.

I have lived here for just over a year now. There isn't a whole lot to complain about. Any issues we've had have been addressed and fixed. Every member of the leasing team that I've come in contact with has always been professional and courteous, especially Jesse; he is so very kind and will help out any way he can, he's awesome! Anytime we have had an issue, they're on top of it. I honestly feel that they do put the resident first.

The place was infested with roaches and rats, they have traps outside for them. The pest control did no good at all. It was disgusting. Definitely not worth the money renovated or not. They're charging you WAY too much to stay here, with the reviews it gets it should be cheaper. $900 for a 2-bedroom with rodents as roommates when you can get a 3 bedroom condo that's way better. Moving out as soon as I get the chance. Very disappointed. At least the staff is nice, only thing that gives this place any stars from me honestly but not good enough. Y'all need to humble yourselves

My fiance and i moved into the Skypointe Landing apartments last Thursday and the staff has been more than helpful. Ron one of the people that work in the clubhouse has been so nice meeting our needs and helping out so much. Ricky the maintenance guy who works here has fixed so much of the stuff in our apartment because it was damaged so he switched everything out and replaced them. My fiance and i couldn't be happier. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place too live send feel comfortable this is tube place tho be at.

All I have to say is wow! I am reading all the reviews and am totally second guessing putting my Dad here. ALL the reviews are so negative! The bug and dog poop mentioned by multiple people. Oh my gosh we signed him for a year here. I have a feeling that it will only be a year. I pray that this company gets it together and start to make it a nice place for people to live. There is KARMA in this world and trust a believe it comes back at you 10 fold. Please don't make moving my Dad here something I regrete.

If you are looking for clean, nice and quiet apartment this place is not a good choice at all!
Since day 1 apartment had problems nobody showed up to fix it, toilet is not working right so I called them to check it out and no action and couple days later saw water keep coming out and they had to vacuum and change the carpet and wash it! The funny part is nobody checked the actual problem yet!! Genius!!! Ceiling fan making noise and not working right, mini cockroaches everywhere! The people working every single day to clean the outdoor with blowers and starts about 7:30 am!! So no way you can sleep after that since noise is annoying and loud! Called management for maintenance and they said we don't have sameday service so it will be tomorrow and since than it's a week now and nothing yet!! Give yourself a huge favor and don't move here if these things are important for you!
