Hi my names Clayton Delade.from upstate ny and came down to Jersey for schooling for my job.looked up crispy critters online and found they had a few rc tracks so I brought a couple of rcs with me to run them at the track.one of my control arm pins broke so in putting back together I put a screw driver through my palm..I started bleeding and sweating then started to shake.got light headed and started heading to the door for fresh air next thing you know I was on the in shock.the owner and Cnice picked me up and ice packed my head and got me cold water to snap out of it..thankfully there the kind of people you want to do business with.caring and helpful which goes along way in my book..I am very thankful for them and appreciate everything they've done for me.knowledgeable and friendly.I would recommend this place to anyone..much appreciated.tracks are awesome and tons of parts at great prices.u guys are the best!! Took my son in to check out wares and possibly get a kit to build together. Large track in the back to race but extremely small selection. Extremely expensive kits sold. Owner kept trying to convince me to buy ready out of box kits, but that defeats the purpose. At end, he didn't really seem to care if we bought anything. Looked like he couldn't wait for us to leave. Totally different experience than what I remembered with my dad at hobby shop.

Was great - my 11 year old (who loves RC cars and spends lots of time researching and youtubing) came in to get a servo replacement. He had lots of questions and the staff treated him totally respectfully, showed him all kinds of stuff, and talked through what upgrades on his car did and didn't make sense. Talked to my son, not to me and treated him awesome. We'll be back!

I recently visited to purchase a few items for my R C. The salesperson was not warm and welcoming, was cold and somewhat rude, didn't appear knowledgeable about the inventory. It seemed like he had no interest in securing my business for the future and gave me short incomplete answers to my inquiries.
This is New Jerry's worst hobby shop. It is a filthy environment; beware if you are allergic to dust!! Never again.report this review -

Excellent hobby store. Has an indoor and an outdoor racetrack for RC cars. Staff always treats me right every time I have been in there.

Can't say anything bad about this place, this was my first visit there and I don't know anything about RC really, but the staff was helpful and they had everything I was looking for my XO. Will go back to play on their tracks, and I am recommending this place to everyone to it check out.

The shop is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful, but their tracks are not my favorite. The indoor track is good overall but the outdoor dirt track is a bit lacking, especially as there are multiple blind spots due to large trees in the middle of the track.

Hate this place when one of the owners are there .there are two owners the tall guy is a jerk the short guy is cool and always willing to help because of the taller guy I only go there when the short guy is there

MY THRASHER HAD A MINOR PROBLEM THE TECH FIX IT NO CHARGE WOW!!! I COULDNT TIP HIM CAUSE IT WAS A DAY BEFORE PAY DAY LOL BUT THIS IS MY NEW RC STORE GREAT SERVICE PLUS THE TRACKS ARE NICE TOO 2 THUMBS UP !!!!! GRINDECITY APPROVES

LOVE this place rich is the coolest and they got all you need plus an indoor clay track! they have tons of rtr, kits and parts. i would recommend this hobby shop to anyone!
