The staff at Cress Funeral & Cremation Service are exceptional. They all are compassionate and go above and beyond to help family with anything. They even got food packaging for us because we had a lot of food left over. So helpful and caring.

This place really went down hill fast. Their too busy or lazy to care and it reflects in their work. Glad there are other competent funeral homes in the area.

This place is a rip-off. Basic cremation is double what it should cost. It may have started as a family owned business, but is now part of the few national funeral home conglomerates. They charge you $300 just to see your loved one one more time. I ended up transferring her to Foster Funeral Home, and they don't gouge you for wanting to say goodbye to your loved one, charge at the standard rate, incredible bedside manner, responsive, compassionate, and even helped me get the remains transported to my mother's home country. Truly night and day compared to Cress. Feel even better that Foster is family owned and veteran owned.
