Be careful if you bring your loved one to A.S. Cole and ultimately use another funeral home. I had every intention of using them as we have in the past for other relatives. This time, they were unable to accommodate our family's time constraints and we were forced to move our Mom to another funeral home after they had picked her up. I was blown away by the transport fees they charged me for bringing my mother to their facility.

My experience with everyone involved was very professional. The staff was very sympathetic and patient to my needs at a very difficult time. They were very caring and concerned even after the services were done. They reached out several times to see how my family and I were doing. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring environment.

A.S. Cole handled the arrangements for both our parents (2002 and 2020). We are grateful for the consideration and care they offered us both times. Everything was arranged beautifully even under a tight timeline. The staff were so respectful and supportive. They've reached out to us regularly with resources to help us through this difficult time. We worked mostly with Nate, who was extremely kind and organized and detail-oriented, but all the other staff with whom we've communicated have been equally helpful.
