12/30/22 - Updated Review:
I am updating my original review to increase the rating. I would like to give 3-1/2 stars but that is not an option. They have modified their operating procedures in my case to address my concerns and have dealt with my complaint professionally.

If your situation is uncomplicated, and you have both the capability and willingness to communicate remotely via email and/or phone, as well as the ability to scan and email or fax your backup information to your preparer, then they will do a fine job. If you prefer face time with your preparer, then this is not your solution. I would also recommend that you request to communicate directly with your preparer at all times.

Original Review: If I could give zero stars I would do so. Hands down one of the worst experiences with any organization I have ever dealt with. Your case is handled by a coordinator, and you do not get to speak with the actual tax professional handling your case. Email communications are poorly done and can be difficult to follow. Questions often take days to get answered, and often the answer is inadequate grossly inadequate and requires more emails. Avoid this organization at all costs.

So far super unimpressed. In $1K and nothing has been filed for any of the years they’re responsible now to assist me with submitting. I’ve been paying them for 3 months now and actually they’ve had my taxes for about 4-5. Will update review if/when applicable Thanhs, Gabriella…… as in Gifford. Tired of playing.
