Maritza Deras was wonderful to work with. She was patient and thorough with us throughout the buying process. We could not have asked for a better realtor than Ashley! We are first time home buyers and she made everything run smoothly through the whole transaction. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She is the best realtor out there, so if you want a realtor who knows her stuff, look no further than Ashley.

MARITZA DERAS is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She was fantastic at guiding me through the negotiation process, helping me maximize price and identify and keep dues I had already earned but that I had previously overlooked. MARITZA DERAS' knowledge of the market was superb, her suggestions in what fair price was made me maximize profit. She added a lot of value to my transaction. MARITZA'S energy, communication, and efficiency really made me trust her the entire process.

Ashley was the gem that literally fell into our arms. We initially had plans to work with a family friend, however after meeting Ashley from one of her team’s listings we instantly clicked! She’s a whole vibe! Super thorough, professional, direct and to the point. We appreciated her group text and emails keeping everyone on the same page. Also streamlining paperwork we could sign at home which made it so much easier on our two small children. We felt completely comfortable taking her guidance as first time buyers in Houston. The process from start to finish was super smooth and transparent, we credit Ashley for being our front line in this 2022 market.
