I was very happy with the service and selection of genuine Indian jewelry, we spent quite a bit there, and are very happy with our purchases. We looked at Indian jewelry all over Jackson hole and saw what looked like fake turquoise and fake jewelry. Best jewelry, turquoise and price was at the Crazy Horse!

I asked about a piece of turquoise on display. They were unsure if it was for sale. A lady told me "you wouldn't want to pay what it costs". I asked how much it was; her reply, "very expensive". At that point it was obvious there would be no purchasing anything there for us. What a terrible person to be working in a retail environment, or anywhere dealing with communicating with others. I would have fired her that day. Maybe she was the owner? That means the place totally sucks without question. We did spend about $2k that day, but not there. I might have spent 5 times that on this piece. Maybe that wasn't in the ballpark; or maybe I just didn't size up in her estimation. She could have said, sorry it's not for sale or told me the price and left it at that. What an aweful person to be working there.maybe the horse ain't the only one crazy around there

Nice shop beautiful jewelry. The lady wasn't very personable though. There are plenty of nice shops with beautiful jewely in Jackson, try one of those first.
