Wow!!! Where do I start! From start to finish everything was handled with CLASS. Robert, (Owner) never tried to over sell us. He was honest and upfront from the start. He set the proper expectations and followed through with them. Ryan,(Project Manager) & his crew did a great job with the encapsulation our Crawl space. The before & after is like night & day. I spent 1 full year doing research on crawlspace encapsulation before deciding on a contractor to do business with at my home. I ultimately decided to work with Robert and his team at Crawl Space Ninja and couldn't be happier. They were professional, ahead of schedule, and EXCELLENT communicators. There quality of work was outstanding as well.

I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking to get your crawlspace encapsulated and/or model removed, it will be difficult to find a better partner in the Atlanta area than Crawl Space Ninja.

Everything about the entire experience was fabulous.
The crew was on time and did a thorough and excellent install of both a sump pump and complete encapsulation system in my crawl space. And it is working like a charm. I have a clean and dry basement now.
I give the entire company a 100% out of 100% score.

I would highly recommend anyone with crawlspace to have it assessed by Crawlspace Ninja regardless of its current state or usage. They are very knowledgeable, honest, professional and only recommend items that are needed from a safety and long-term maintenance perspective. I contacted CN to assess the crawlspace for our new home and they did a fantastic job of cleaning , patching/fixing, air-flow and updating dehumidifier to make sure it’s in perfect condition for the hvac unit.
