  I was having an issue with a self installed garage door opener. Spoke with Ami in the office and she tried to schedule same day but it did not with my schedule. Lisa kindly called back and worked with my difficult schedule to be the first stop the next day. Tech was on time, diagnosed my problem, made a recommendation and quoted me a fair price. I agreed and less than 2hrs later all was fixed! Great experience!! Crawford has been in the business for over 40yrs, they know their stuff and I highly recommend.

  I was in a pickle – I purchased (4) large garage doors somewhere else thinking they would be easy to install (NOPE!). My “handyman“ assured me he could tackle it. After a full day watching him and his two helpers wrestle with one of the doors, I threw in the towel.
  
  Very fortunately someone recommended Crawford. I called them and found the receptionist to be professional, cheerful, and very attentive. She quickly had someone out the next day to take a look and send over a quote. They had a crew out within a week.
  
  Now I’ve had a lot of work being done lately, and I’ve got to tell you sometimes these guys get to the job and they look and act like they would shiv you for a Coke. The opposite was true with the Crawford crew. The installers were professional, experienced, and were willing to accommodate my questions and requests for various adjustments.
  
  After the install, I thought they had forgotten some of the concrete anchors. Crawford sent Carlos and Emeril back out to the job - they explained that one door install was slightly different from the others (as my handyman had started the install), but demonstrated how it still met the code requirements. They did a few more adjustments and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.
  
  It seems like for the last year or two there has been so much work / demand that no one really cares how much they charge or whether or not they get the job or whether or not their customers are satisfied. This was definitely not my experience with Crawford. A would recommend them without hesitation.

  Crawford Garage service, demeanor and, follow through is a great big wonderful breath of fresh air and hi service. Love what you are you’ve obliviously stayed true to what made our country so much fun to grow up in. I just recently sold my hi tech hi service business in Los Angeles and moved to Palm Beach Gardens so Crawford service your smiles make me smile. Great job Robert Seidenglanz

  After a very disappointing service experience with the company who installed my garage door opener, I was looking for someone who would be willing to come out to look at the system that was not working. I called Crawford and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accomodating they were. I explained my situation and they not only got me on the schedule as quick as they could, they also tried to work out fixing my equipment if possible rather than replacing it, to try and save me money. They booked two separate appointments to allow for any issues they might find. However, they came with everything they needed to either fix or replace my equipment so the second appointment wasn't necessary after all! All in all, they were able to repair the motor and replace the wall switch. I was back up and running on the first appointment! Lisa was so helpful and explained everything to me and how much to expect for the job as a repair as well as if they had to replace the equipment. She worked hard to find the parts to allow them to repair rather than replace and that was a big savings for sure. And the installers couldn't have been more courteous and professional. They did a great job and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what they were doing. So very refreshing to have such a pleasant experience. They will always and forever be my garage door company!

  Their crew was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up any mess they made, took the old door with them. It has been working flawlessly since they completed the installation. Highly recommend them.
