  Scheduling our repair was easy and prompt. Dana, the technician, was on-time, friendly, and efficient and got the job done right. I would not hesitate to use Crawford again for a garage door repair.

  I contacted Crawford Door late Sunday night through their website & Jeremy got back to me immediately Monday to schedule our needs. Technician Ron, showed up earlier than expected on the scheduled date and had our garage door repaired that went above & beyond my expectations. Had I called Crawford door last Saturday, our garage door issue would’ve been fixed sooner but because I went with a referral who does free lance work who works for another garage door company that stood me up I went with Crawford. I now have a sour image of that company that allows their employees to do this & I’ll never consider them for ANY future business. Folks, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Crawford Door!

  Crawford was one of the best home improvement decisions we've ever made. They always delivered as expected. Derick was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a special requirement to raise our rails an extra inch to clear an opening door, and they delivered without any haggling. Derick even stopped over without being asked AFTER getting payment because the install tech indicated there might be an issue with door alignment (there was no problem). Very impress at their integrity, plus they were the best price of three bids.

  Crawford wasn’t nothing short of amazing from the time I called to inquire about a repair until the job was promptly completed.
  
  The service manger, Greg, returned my call within 10 minutes of leaving a message. I was scrambling to find a trustworthy company to repair my door on short notice, before the start of a holiday weekend no less. He was able to have a technician scheduled to come out to my area the very next day. He updated me along the way and called with plenty of notice before the tech arrived.
  
  Dana, the service repair technician, who repaired my door, was extremely professional and courteous. He took additional time out of his day to explain what the issues were and how he planned to remedy the situation. Dana’s honestly and elite customer service was refreshing to say the least. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and know the value of being treated with respect and receiving exceptional service.
  
  Before Dana came out to repair my door I had another company take a look and give me an estimate. I don’t need to go into all the details but Crawford’s price was less than HALF of the other guys. Not only that but Crawford’s price included additional repairs that the other folks wanted even more money to fix !
  
  Thank you Greg, Dana and Steve R for facilitating the repair and doing honest and exemplary work within 36 hours after my initial call. I would highly recommend Crawford’s service to any homeowner in need of a new or replacement garage door. Also of course to anyone in need of a honest and quality garage door repair.
