Received Sullivan’s number from another vendor we used, when we asked about chimney sweeping. After the sweeping and discussing with Luke (owner/operator) we learned a lot about how this should become a consistent maintenance item. I would recommend Sullivan’s and plan on using them again every other season. Efficient, friendly & arrived when he said they would. Placed drop cloths and vacuumed all that came after (it was a lot). Good experience.

Mr Sullivan is as honest and hardworking as they come, he doesn't oversell you and he does amazing work. The only problem is he's too much in demand! I will absolutely be going back to him for all my chimney needs.

This review is long overdue. Luke did a fantastic job cleaning our 17 year old gas fireplace and replacing the rocks. He is honest and offered me scenarios that did not cost much to doing a bigger job for a few hundred dollars. I trusted his expertise and appreciated his honesty. He let me decide and I chose the full cleaning and am so glad I did. The fireplace looks brand new!! I feel so much better that he checked the safety of the gas lines and that it is working the way it is supposed to. I would highly recommend him to all.

Very nice guy, I sent him pictures of my chimney, he explained what was wrong and gave several options to fix it. Basically it needed the crown to be rebuilt and a rain cap installed. His prices were much better, than all the other places I called. Also the others just told me what price and what they were going to do. He told me why and how. Which for me is important. My chimney was 71 inches long so it required custom cap. Which he had made very quickly. Today he installed it. And it looks very nice.
