  Had a broken spring on my garage door and Nashville Garage Door came to the rescue! Their tech was prompt, friendly, and got my door back in action in no time. So glad I found them for my spring repair!

  Vlad was incredible. He completed the job fast, taught me everything there was to know about the doors and openers, and left my garage cleaner than it was before. I can't recommend him enough!

  These guys destroyed my garage door (it needed a spring replaced but still keep up and down half way. I have photos, videos, audio and other verified info for proof. The tech they sent out even put the wrong spring on the door (per one of their other techs they sent out after the fact) and it was on the wrong side. I also noticed the number that I called is tied to another company called "All In 1 Services Group". It's very shady and that's who they sent out originally. The 2nd tech they sent also wasn't branded with their company information. They tried to charge an additional fee to come out and "fix the door" the tech had left broken. But the new tech almost broke the new spring and at that point I knew they didn't have a clue. Attempted to get the issue resolved but this company was the worst. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. These pictures are how they left the door too.

  Vladimir came out to my house after hours and fix my garage door. He took his time to show me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed( while other companies just wanted to make money off of selling me a new garage door) Vlad took the time to explain the issue and was more that pleases to just fix what needed to be fixed. If I ever need help with my garage door again or know anyone who does, I will definitely give this guy a call. He went above and beyond tonight!!! I'd give him 10 ⭐ s if I could! Thank you again man👍🏾
