AT&T charged for too much bs. Sudden link kept randomly shutting off and would cut my internet 4 days before the due date of my bill. And now this internet likes to have issues connecting to my roku tv and laptop. I literally have to reset the modem multiple times til my internet name appears on my roku to connect. Furthermore just by running 2 roku tv's and 2 game consoles the modem shut itself off like it had a meltdown. Had to disconnect ALL internet to get it to come back on. and I keep seeing they have a 24/7 call service? WHERE??? I want to try to make this work mainly since there are no more internet near me. any ideas on all this Craw-Kan? I literally jist got your service less than a week and am already about to explode. WHAT IS THE 24/7 CALL SERVICE NUMBER? You tell me to leave a voicemail and then tell me there is a 24/7 call service? Please make up your mind.

Moved from Colorado and needed service quick. They needed to run line from the road to do so. I have never seen such speed and professionalism. Line was run in less than a half hour and internet service the next day. They were able to get us the max speed for my area. Showed up when they said they would. complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Nice to see people take pride in their work.

When a customer asks you to put the internet connection in a certain place, put it there. Not 150 ft away. Lazy techs. And you only give out 1 IP address.

My family pays $70 alone on the bill for only 1.2mbps, when on the internet page itself, the gigabit option says 1000mbps; in my opinion is that while some may get better internet in their area, I wouldn't chose this one if I was to move out.

internet price isn't bad if you actually got the speeds they tell you we paid for 50mb and got 4mb if we were lucky they also make you take home phone even if you don't want it which adds to the overall price the instal techs show up at random times so it doesn't matter when you set your appointment up

so far not impressed, move to our new house and called them to set up our interent, waited a month for them to set up a install date, come to find out they needed photo copies of our ID's and a 225 dollar deposit which we were never told about so we submit our ID's and make our deposit now they cant tell us when they can make it out, so far ive spent 225 bucks, waited over a month for an install and every time i call to check i get told the tech is out sick or on vacation

Does not pay Christmas bonus profit sharing checks to customers that have paid more than 10 years of service.

Literally the WORST internet provider in the area. They hold a monopoly over the town of Girard, so you really don't have a choice, and this review doesn't really mean anything. $60 a month for middle of the road internet. PLUS $30 a month for a phone if you use it or not. I recently moved 4 doors down in the apartment complex and "Hopefully we can get to it by the end of the week". Mind you, they charge close to $100 just to move it. $25 for each service, PLUS more to move the phone. That you don't use. And $20 just for them to take their time to come out. Unfortunately as stated above, they are the only internet provider in the town of Girard. So realistically they charge whatever they want. My $250 deposit lasted 2 months.

Lack of communication, they didn't even know that they had already connected my house when we purchased home. Took them four weeks to discover this after waitingTech showed up one day unannounced and discovered that all we needed was an appointment to connect service. Asked him to call ASAP and set up an appointment to do so with us. AGAIN, they show up on my doorstep unannounced with no appointment after calling me from a "NO CALLER ID" phone number ( I never answer these) and they started at 7:30 AM. I work nights. Needless to say, the hard wire connection was put somewhere my husband didn't want, (he didn't know to stay home as there was no appointment) and when he called me back to tell me where to have it placed, it was too late. Called and complained to the office yesterday, was told I would get a call back ASAP. Still waiting. Terrible PR

It's shady at best. They promise to offer uninterrupted service that is rival to cox. I prefer cox, I'll pay more for stable connectivity. It shouldn't bother "most" of common crowd, but when your job relies on your connection and losing a connection for a mere minute is the possibility of losing money, especially when it goes down consecutively in a row for hours yeah you get the idea.

Relatively the people I spoke and saw were nice enough. Didn't know a damn thing when it came to asking about tech and trying to get an easy answer.

They also never explained why they needed to setup their own router when the router I own was far superior to theirs. It made no sense to run from one router to another. The guys that installed wouldn't explain or had no idea.

Pricing was fair in comparison to other companies though. The fact they offer fiber was a plus but it wasnt in my area.

I have had craw-kan on and off since 2009 and now that i am moving they want to charge me 80-100 dollars to transfer to new house in the same town . Now I already have to have a home phone just to have cable and internet. but to charge me to transfer each one is just highway robbery .
