The Coffee was excellent(Cowboy French Roast). There will always be people who are never be satisfied and write rubbish reviews. Perhaps they are not Coffee Connoisseurs.

I've been here enough to realize that 95% of the staff are rude at times and incompetent. Service is lazy and can't seem to get an order right. The only reason I've given two stars is because I came here hungry and left with food in my stomach. Sometimes mediocrity deserves applause. Oh yeah - for those who are lactose intolerant, their eggs and matcha contain dairy, but they don't make that publicly known when you order a matcha with almond milk or a bacon egg and cheese sans cheese.

Enjoyed stopping in here a couple times while visiting Jackson. Bought a bag of whole beans too. When I got home to brew the beans they were old and tasteless. I knew something was suspicious when there wasn’t a roasted date or expiration date in the package. I’m just another dumb tourist I guess.

Great coffee & food but girl behind the counter had an "Attitude" and was snarky and rude. Too bad. Owner should consider hiring more pleasant staff.

Awesome coffee place! Coffees are great. Had the honey badger latte with cinnamon, cayenne and touch of honeydelicious! Straight coffees are excellent, too. Fun atmosphere!

Visit was great! Very kind. Would have given them a 5 but I noticed there paper cups leak fairly badly from the seam. I would encourage you to bring your own cup.

Cool vibe and good coffee, but weird response to a nuclear heated chai tea. We asked for a sleeve or a cup so my wife could actually hold her drink and they said use a paper thin napkin. I went in line to purchase an empty cup and they then decided to give us a cup so she could finally taste her drink about ten minutes after she purchased it.

HOLY COW!!! Talk about service. These folks went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the delicious Huckleberry Mudpot to the scrumptious cinnamon roll, they helped us defrost and recover for an awesome day of skiing. May, Kate, and Dom made us feel like family. Whoever runs this place should hook them up with a little extra for how wonderful they were. Highly recommend this place. We are literally sitting by a Christmas tree eating delicious pastries and drinking phenomenal coffee. Today feels more like Christmas than Christmas did!!!

My first visit to Jackson included this spot and is a big reason why I now live here. They have matcha, smoothies, and delicious sandwiches. The chai is also not sweetened and has great spice!

great cold brew coffee! the cafe is chill, one of the more interesting cafes in town that isn't an expensive restaurant. it's a nice place to relax for a min and get caffeinated.

A great coffee shop in the heart of downtown, Jackson. Given its location it gets very very busy. So get there early if you want to beat the rush and don't want to wait in a line that's 10+ deep.
Their drip coffee is strong and flavorful. The pastries are made fresh locally and full of flavor and the size of a bears arm (donuts!).
Their wifi is strong when it's NOT busy. Once more folks log on it slows down. So if you want to go here to get work done, this shouldn't be the placeespecially when it's busy.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful and always wearing a smile. Even when the line is 20 deep.response / report this review
