Billie Jo and John E. were great to work with in the purchase of my 'new to me' Subaru. I am happy that I took a friend's recommendation and purchased locally. I was given a fair price. Thanks!

I have a 2016 Subaru WRX. I thought buying a new car would mean that I have worry free customer service at any certified Subaru dealer ship nation wide! We were on vacation and over 500 miles away from Colorado. Al the service manager told me it would take a week to look at my car. We were in Yellowstone for 6 days and it was day two when we took the car in. As phone service is very bad in the national park I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with my car, we didn't wanna be stranded! The car wasn't driving like it usually does and I felt like there was a turbo leak. Something Subaru had a recall on for my car. They told us to come back two hours later because the lady that signed out complimentary cars out was on her lunch break. We came back two hours later and a new "manager" named Hilary said they could look at my car that day at 4pm but we could still get a complimentary car since they had two available, at that time! So we moved all our food and camping supplies over into the new car and Sam told us to bring the car back with a full gas tank. We left with a 2017 Forester, remember we're in a national park! Most roads aren't paved and there is dust all over. We drove the car for maybe 3 hours total in the 24 hours we had it. It got dusty and there was some dust and leaves in the car. What do you expect it's in the middle of no where. Next day we took the car back, drove about 50 miles from our camp. Filled it up and dropped it off since they said my car was fine! Hilary went around the complimentary car and went in the front seat and back seat and checked the gas and said we were good to go! Remember I said that the roads were just dirt so the car got dusty. So we left and drove another 50 miles away after moving stuff from their car back into mine! About 3-4 hours later we got a phone call from Al saying they were gonna charge us a $125 detailing fee because the car wasn't vacuumed and washed! Something Sam failed to tell us and something Hilary cleared us on! Then next 2-4 hours were spent on the phone arguing with them, wasting our time on something their employees messed up. They charged my card for $125 but eventually after a few phone calls they said they messed up and put all the blame on Hilary saying she was new. This honestly was the worst service I've ever had in my life. They rather would focus on oil changes on Jeeps in their shop than a Subaru that I've spent over $30,000 on. This makes me want to buy a new model car that appreciates their customers nation wide. Don't get me wrong the Subaru dealership in Littleton Colorado takes care of me but these people in Wyoming were a bunch of angry, uneducated, untrained people that had no idea what Subaru stood for. Worst experice ever! I love my WRX it's my baby but these people have made me question why I ever got a Subaru! I thought customers came first not trying to defend your employees that you didn't train correctly! You're a vacation town get people that are educated on Subaru warranties and taking care of issues. Otherwise get a fricken Truck cuz in Wyoming you better be white and have a truck.

My boyfriends Subaru was not driving correctly & as we live 500 miles away, we immediately took it to the certified subaru shop. His car is under warranty, which should take top priority over the Chevy and Jeep they were working on. After we were told by Al it would be a week before they could see the vehicle, my boyfriend and I said that we were going to be gone by then. We left for about 10 minutes to talk, and when we came back another lady Hillary was working behind the counter and said that we could get in at 4 the next day Seemed a little odd as their manager had just told us the opposite. We were provided a complimentary vehicle from Sam, who told us to bring it back the next day @4 with a full tank. The next day we arrived, as they said nothing was wrong with my boyfriends Subaru. Hillary checked our COMPLIMENTARY vehicle (inside and out) and cleared us to leave Four hours later we recieved a call from Sam stating that she was charging us $125 for a cleaning fee on the comp car. We were cleared by Hillary to leave as she inspected the whole vehicle. So now, why are we getting a call four hours later that we are being charged $125 Al the manager, said that because he wasn't there to see what happened he approved the cleaning fee. After explaining for a second time, that his employee cleared the vehicle I finally gave up. As a manager, don't customers come first? After calling around and finally contacting the general manager, Sam called us back to say the "boss" told her to void the transaction. What a waste of two hours during my one vacation of the year If you bought your car from Subaru and are still under warranty, I would sadly say to avoid this place at all costs. After the way we were treated, we can only imagine that there is a major lack of properly trained employees. Thanks Al and Hillary for wasting 3 hours of time we will never get back, due to complete disorganization and dishonesty.

Most dissatisfied I've been at a car shop,
    Madison

Billi Jo and Sales Manager Martin M were fundamentally instrumental in the recently purchase of my new Subaru WRX. I could not be happier with the deal struck and our long-standing working relationship. They genuinely want to help their customers buy the car of their dreams, which is exactly what they did for me and will continue to take care of your long after the purchase. I'm truly grateful to these people and highly recommend them!

Martin and the team at Teton Motors has offered unparalleled customer service and support. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Martin. It is a breath of fresh air to have a dealership care more about you than just the sale. They stand behind their reputation of being around for over 43 years, and will go above and beyond to make things right so you are comfortable, happy, and confident with your purchase. They are happy to hear from you after the sale as well!

I have already recommended them to family and friends, will continue to do so, and will be my first call for our next car(s)! 100%, undoubtedly feel comfortable putting my name out there as a recommendation for Martin at Teton Motors.

Mike Griggs was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He did whatever he could to help ensure I felt good about my car, and got a fair deal. I would definitely recommend going to see him and having him help you find the exact car you are looking for. Great experience and well taken care of.

Specifically outlined what I wanted done on car twice. Both times, those items were not taken care of. Service guys are not interested in listening to you, just churning money through. Oil change is over priced ($89 first time, second was $55). General labor price is standard. Parts are way over priced. Car had check engine light on, asked them to take care of that. They charged me $89 for it. 15 miles down the road light is back on. I tried to call them back, no response, left message, no call back. Go to Idaho Falls for service, they will even wash your car just because
