This morning we were coming into Jackson on our way home (the Seattle area). Just before we got to Jackson our car started to act up. We were pretty sure it was a stuck fuel injector as we had to replace one of these 4 months ago and the car was acting the same way. We got into Jackson and started calling around to see who could get us in right away. Most shops said they could get us in anywhere from tomorrow to next week, but AutoTech was able to get us in right away. From the time we pulled in to the time we pulled back out completely fixed was about 3 hours and the staff was very nice to us the whole time. They were reasonably priced and got the job done in half the time they said it would take. Thank you so much AutoTech for getting us back on the road quickly.

On a recent Saturday, we were about to cross a high pass out of Jackson Hole when our RV brakes failed!!! It was late Saturday morning, and we needed to get home to Michigan by Monday evening. Most repair shops closed at noon. That was Autotech's plan, too, but they stayed until nearly 3p.m. to get us on the highway. Talk about above and beyond! We love these guys. BTW, the brakes heldand are still holding.

Was leery at first, having read the other reviews. After getting 'locals only' attitude from other shops in Jackson, thought to give Auto Tech a try. Levi (new owner) got me in right away, Bill (front desk) helped talk me through the repair possibilities for a blinking Check Engine Light (CEL) and lack of acceleration on 05 Jeep Wrangler. Isaias, an AES mechanic, quickly diagnosed a problem with coil system on electronic ignition, along with spark plugs being toasted by the coil. Bill called around and got a good replacement set of parts, and the guys got the parts installed and tested, all in under a couple hours. Yeah, things are a bit pricey in Jackson, but no more so than anywhere else. I'll come back to these guys, as they are trying real hard (and succeeding) to put a bad-shop rep behind them and giving us non-mechanic type folks an honest and fair deal on car repairs. Thanks guys, and I'll be seeing you again, I have no doubt.

Not sure what happened with these other folks but our experience with the team at autoTECH was great. Quick tow from Jack (even being stuck on a turnout on Teton Pass and needing a flatbed), Bill was quick to get the car looked at and diagnosed, and quick to get us out and on the road. All done at a fair price and with awesome service! Thanks guys!

According to Kirby the agreed to install my alternator and belt for $100 after paying a $2400 tow bill. Next thing I know they installed 4 new batteries and charged me 7.5 hours of labor without even calling me or getting authorization so what I thought was $100 turned out to be $1600! Seriously such a scam

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The worst mechanics and towing service in Jackson. a score of 1 is too high for this place! They double charged me for a jump/tow and then when they got it to the shop I told them I just needed the diesel thawed and I needed to get back to Boise. They decided to spend an extra hour doing diagnostic test on other issues like a fan making a noise and an intake injector. They kept me there for 5 hours so I just paid the overpriced bill and left for home. I called the next day to ask them to explain the bill and the owner started insulting me and calling me F'ing names until I had to just hang up. Very bad customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Charged me $100 for a zip tie. Instead of actually diagnosing my electrical issue and/or listening to the symptoms I was having they just "rigged my wiring so it should hold for awhile"
I knew that the problem was not going to be fixed and they wanted astronomical prices for a few other little things I asked about.
I bent over and paid the $100 for a zip tie and got out of there as fast as I could.response / report this review -

After having to call AAA for help, I decided to try AutoTech at the tow truck drivers suggestion the next week. I took my car in for a brake job and oil change. WOW! They got me in and out the same day, everyone was so nice. They even offered to grab me lunch when they went out to get it for themselves. So nice. Couldn't be happier with the job they did, and the cost was right in line (Maybe a few $$ lower) than another shops quote I had gotten. Will for sure return. You guys have a new customer! Thank you for your excellent service and happy faces!

So the tow driver was super nice and professional(Jack 5 Stars). We were in and out around an hour, after we got to the shop. But the part they fixed which was the muffler fell off before we left, so they re-attached it and was on my way. Not even a day later the whole thing fell off again, we payed $125 for the service and this was not good work at ALL for the small amount of work done on the car.
