Paper thin walls, I mean seriously I could hear whispers from next room over. Water pressure is absolutely non-existent from shower or sink. The room itself was good and bed was comfy.

I spent a night here before an event in the area. The beds were plush and comfy. Courteous front desk too.

Had good experience with this hotel. Friendly service - had to have key cards reset. Clean comfortable room. I would stay again.

Great clean rooms with bar/dining options downstairs. Pool/hot tub/gym/business center with free printing. Few lounge work stations, great set up for business pop wows

Convenient location right next to the freeway and a mere 10 miles from the airport. Amenities are pretty standard, and the hotel is generally clean. Walls are a little thin, as I was awoken by next door guests at 7am (they were speaking at a normal conversational volume) Also, no free breakfast!

This hotel charges way to much for their outdated facilities. The rooms, pool and workout center have not been updated since 1990 (or so it seems). The tredmills had non working TV's and the workout room or "fitness center" is just a tiny stuffy room with a non working telephone (so if you have a workout emergency, don't bother to use the phone, it does not work!) I am really annoyed that I paid $160 a night for this dumpy dated motel. The air conditioner in the room makes a clanking noise every few minutes making it difficult to sleep. The only positive feedback I can give is for the staff. Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful- I will give them that, its not their fault that this hotel is a dump in need of a serious makeover. I won't stay here again.

Awesome hotel to stay the night. The staff didn't bother me when I was just trying to get to sleep.

Nice clean hotel, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a pretty nice area of town, near shopping and dining. It is close to the hwy as well. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. This will definitely be where I stay every-time I visit California.

We got a one bedroom suite and 1 extra room. Wasn't too happy that we were placed in another wing from my son's room, instead of getting an adjoining room. But we booked kind of last minute
The rooms were updated and decent, but a bit unclean.
Happy with the complimentary breakfast though, the entrees and kids' breakfast were above what we were expecting. My daughter said it was the best hotel breakfast she ever had. (And we stayed at the Hyatt Long Beach yesterday, with access to the lounge on the 16th floor for complimentary breakfast, snacks, and alcoholic drinks). So left wondering why Hyatt couldn't put more effort into their breakfast.

Great place for the price I paid for one night. ($180)
Big room. Clean. Pull out couch. Def worth the $180 (taxes included)

    Pros:
    + Room was spacious
    + Room was clean
    + Bed extremely comfortable
    + Amenities were decent

    Cons:
    - Front desk girl didn't make it clear she put a hold on my card even after I paid for the room in cash. So I technically double paid until the hold came off four days later.

I had a late check in, 10pm, but was greeted promptly and was checked in quickly. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Checkout was quick and easy the morning after and I was on my way. I look forward to staying with Courtyard again.

The Courtyard is easily accessible from freeway. It is clean and modern. Worked great for us. I-405 was always crawling but that is or the hotels fault.

It's definitely an older hotel. Close to the mall but located in a business park type area. Office buildings right next door. It actually shares a parking lot. There's a pool that we didn't use but our room was a one bedroom suite which was nice. No frills. Great for staying the night. Check out can be done by phone.

Stayed 2 nights when visiting friends in Torrance. Rate wasn't the best, but convenient location. Checked in late the first day and was disappointed in our room. Ground floor, a bit stuffy with underpowered wall unit AC. The floors were a little damp as if they had just been shampooed but not given enough time to dry. Not much we could do about it since we checked in at 11:30pm and had two sleeping kids. The next morning we were notified that hotel water would be shut off for 4 hours that afternoon. FANTASTIC. And then 4 hours turned into 5 and a half. Honestly I should probably complain and ask for a refund/credit.
