Nice hotel. Some good restaurants around. Good free wifi
Very clean! When I use to be a housekeeper, I cleaned and made sure visitors stayed in a very clean, dusted, sanitized room. Therefore, I look for certain things in a room and some have not passed in my eyes, being such a awesome housekeeper getting 100% on my rooms that was not given to many times to many. Becoming my own boss was not easy, I did just that. Point is I give this Hotel 5 stars, very clean, comfortable stay for my kids and I. Enjoy!
Nice place. Warning, Entire Property under major construction upgrades. Floors 2 and 3 are not available. Half of Lobby is construction setup zone. Sure wish the web site would have stated that. Stayed 3 days, on day #2, both room keys stopped working. Seems they checked us out by accident. Had no room service because of this. A little pricy for the area with no free breakfast.
Newly renovated rooms! I love the decor, the bathroom, even the walls and carpet of the hallways are elegant and classy. The pool was nice and warm, very clean.
Very clean hotel! Nice, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there wasn't a microwave in the room and I needed it for my son's milk. Also there's Starbucks Coffee in the lobby, which has great service and delicious coffee!
Kinda more like a 3.5 stars review not 4. But it's not an option.
The place is beautiful. Everyone is super friendly. The reason I'm lowering the stars of this place is because I had someone from housekeeping walk in on me and my significant other engaging in "adult activities".
So here is the run down.
We're laying in bed minding our own business when I hear someone at the door. They do not knock. So I push him off me and head to the door. I still had my shirt on, nothing else, he was nude. She's asking questions through the door, I can't hear her. I am yelling that there is someone in here. She opens the door and is like "oh, hello. This room is (something), bye." While he's naked on the bed, not under the sheets, and I'm in just a shirt at the door with her.
No apology for walking in. No reason for why.
So finally I get the courage to tell the desk. Thinking there must of been a reason for her wanting in our room. There wasn't. They apologized which was nice. And only offered us a free breakfast your housekeeper saw me naked from the waist down, him completely naked, and walked in on without knocking and all we are worth is free breakfast.
That is why this place is like 3.5 stars.
I was there for one night. It was a quiet Hotel. There were some unidentified stains on the blankets which I promptly left on the floor by the bed unused. After a thorough examination of the rest of the bedding, I found them to be clean. I didn't really have a choice in staying here because it was a work paid trip, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. 3/5 I was in and out.
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. We had two queen beds. Heated indoor pool. No complimentary breakfast though.
Always a pleasant stay. Come here at least once every year or every other year for a weekend during a local event. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice. Been in different suits and all was nice and acceptable for a night or longer stay. Will continue to come here if available in the future during the time I need a room.
Just average. I have been a Marriott guest for 30 and I do not settle for average. It took an eternity to get checked in. The guy at the front desk was almost laying on the computer. No welcoming verbage he handed me a card coffee or market item.
The room was dirty. Stains on the carpet- bedspread half off. I returned to get a second room that smelled of mold coming from the AC unit. I returned to the front desk to inquire about another Marriott . He was gone. I put my things in the car and came back in and still no one at the front desk. I checked out and checked into the Hilton. I was greeted with Happy Mother's Day and cookies. After unpacking I get a call from the front desk "is everything good"? Yes, I think Hilton will be getting my business.
The courtyard is old and dreary.
Very nice. Clean and quiet. Warm pool but no hot tub.
The hotel is in a good location with a lot of eating choices nearby. The room was very nice and had a great walking shower with a glass door. I was not fond of the TV placement ( I was unable to lounge in bed watching TV due to a cabinet blocking the view of the screen). The bed was king size and had a pull out couch as well. The lobby area has a bistro where you can get drinks and light food (late night snacks and breakfast food). There is also a marketplace by the front desk where you can purchase incidentals you may have forgotten to bring on your trip. Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.
My stay was for two weeks for business.
Checking in was fast and easy, with friendly staff. The lobby is clean with plenty of furniture to relax on with coworkers.
The rooms are well decorated with clever lighting. I stayed in a double queen room. There is a table with wheels under the desk which easily doubles as another desk. Sheets are clean.
The bathroom is spacious.
There is no microwave in these rooms, however. That was a let down. There is a public one in the lobby though.
Overall the stay at Courtyard was enjoyable.
