Me and my coworkers have been sent here twice by our company . The first stay we had issues with the man at the front desk who was speaking of personal life matters that were vulgar and displeasing, especially after we over heard the topic of drug use. I understand he may have not known that we were around the corner while having a conversation on his phone. Knowing the quality of the employee we were not sure what to think of the company. The second stay, it was assured the management does not care who they have at the front desk. There is a middle age woman who smelled of a stench, or body odor, and did not properly take care of her image. The rooms were adequate enough to stay the night, except of a pungent odor from the bathrooms. However, there are a few other employees there that did make up for the image with a smile on their faces, and upbeat attitudes. They made my associates laugh and were quick on helping us with linen or places to eat. I hope the company takes this review under consideration, as my company will take it under consideration to find a more professional place to further our business with.
Nice room staffs friendly tv channel suck completely 35 channels not enough
Super friendly employees ,clean rooms, access to all shopping and restaurants many to choose from.
Great place warm frendly wad a ton of fun. Clean room clean pool. Doors stick a bit in 112 but didnt affect my stay
The new remodel and updates have improved rating. Corporate is being too tight with this property!
Nice rooms with complimentary breakfast. The place is relatively quiet and no one bothers you.
Clean hotel with large rooms, lost a star for no hot tub and small workout facility with only 2 pieces of equipment. Ample food choices nearby with fuel stations and convenient / big box stores.
I reserved a room for my family on January 11th. On April 28th, the general manager cancelled my reservation for May 5th because the hotel was overbooked. I was then directed to contact Expedia (? I placed my reservations through Travelocity) as they were the ones who informed the hotel that I was being bumped. I have several issues with this.
1. If they were overbooked, and I reserved a room in January, why did it take them this long to notify me that I no longer had a room there.
3. Do they make more of a profit from not honoring a Travelocity reservation?
4. Because my room was for my family, which included 3 children, did they move me because of my family status and the fact that they don't want to have that many children there?
5. I wasn't the only one affected by this. I have other family members who booked here and we were unable to stay at the same location because of this. My mother-in-law, who rarely sees her grandchildren, was robbed of time with them because we were forced to stay elsewhere.
Never again.
Best place I've stayed and I absolutely love the staff, very friendly and Positive. 😊😊😊 Thank you guys for all you do for myself an my little family!
clean room and bathroom, comfy bedgreat staffno coffee maker or hair dryer in the room
A nice stop in Findlay, many restaurants close by with Culver's across the parking lot. If you want to hang up clothes, their hangers are about the worst, might want to bring your own. We had our dog with us so we asked for a room on the first floor instead of the 4th. They moved us to a jacuzzi
We were a little worried about this place after reading the reviews. Believe though, it was just fine. Not your best, but clean! No amenities like shampoo, hair dryer, etc. did have a small microwave and little fridge which we didn't use. Very quiet! Front desk person was nice. Breakfast was your typical.waffles , cereal, mini donuts, bagels, coffee, juice.
