My mother was recently here for recovery from surgery. The nurses, CNAs and therapy staff were all wonderful and caring, though a lot of the time there seemed to be a shortage of nurses and CNAs. The only drawback is there are no private rooms here. The only reason my mother had one was because she was under contact restrictions. Other than that, it is a very good facility.

Highly recommend this place! State of the art facility combined with great staff like Chris Hill, who is very knowledgeable about the rehabilition process and attention to detail can't be beat! Definitely worth your time!

Courtland is by far the best rehab in the Franklin area!!! The staff is incredible, caring, and truly cares for the patients and staff! If you need rehab or skilled services I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

My mother, who had late stage Alzheimer's disease, was a resident in Courtland Health and Rehabilitation Center for almost a year. During her stay there she was visited almost daily by family members and she was always found to be well groomed, dry and well cared for. The staff was always friendly, helpful and compassionate. I was impressed from the first moment I inquired about her possible admission. The Admissions Coordinator always returned my phone calls promptly and even gave me her cell phone number if I needed it. She worked with me to have my mother transferred from another state and made the transition as smooth as possible. I have worked in the long term care business for 20 years in another state and for another company and I have had the opportunity to visit many long term care and rehab facilities. I can honestly say Courtland Health and Rehabilitation Center ranks among the very best. It is very difficult to place a vulnerable loved one into the care of strangers but I had peace knowing that she was being cared for with compassion and dignity. One of the most impressive things that CHC has going for it is the cleanliness of the building. It was always bright, cheerful and sparkling clean, I was always amazed at how immaculate the facility looked. There are no perfect nursing facilities but I would highly recommend Courtland Health and Rehab Center to anyone who wants quality care!
