The visitors center is the best place to start. The wonderful man we spoke with was informative, funny and so kind! He suggested we visit the courthouse, museum and take the self guided walking tour. The courthouse was terrific. The docent we meet there was so interesting. She answered all of our questions and gave us tons of history about the building in town. We made our way to the museum. SO FUN! The displays were well thought out and most were interactive too! Kids would love this place. The walking tour was awesome. The Victorian style homes are beautiful. Most are well cared for too. The history bin this small town is not to be missed.
