  The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and varied every day. Wifi was functional for video streaming until about 8:30 in the evening. I had an excellent stay.

  The maid service was hit or miss.
  In 12 Days they made 2 mistakes.
  Once they cleaned super late. So late I went to work and came back and they still hadn't touched my room. The 2nd time they started to clean it, but suddenly left and went home without finishing.
  The location is great.
  Scattered ants, no armies or swarms of them.
  I'm not from GA, so I don't know if that's normal.

  The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I look forward to staying at this chain again.

  Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. Check in was really easy they have a check out time of noon but allowed us to check out an hour later. The location is in a very convenient area, 20 minutes away from everything. The staff was very friendly. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't allow an early check in after a 7hr long drive to get there but rules are rules.

  Stayed here four days. Great for the price. Easy access to pretty much all of the the main Atlanta attractions.

  Rude staff and DISCRIMINATORY! I am a US Navy Disabled Veteran and was charged without my knowledge $115 for my ADA Registered Service animal. When I contacted the front desk they stated that pets are not allowed. I tried to explain that my dog is a service animal and that I have proof of it, they stated that they would not reverse the charges and that I would have to talk to management. I have called 6 times asking for management and never get one. I have filed a charge back with my credit card company. It is ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE AND TO CHARGE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS. SHAME ON YOU!!!

  Cleanliness is much needed of improvement. I had to ask several times for towels. I requested room to be cleaned and refreshed each day of my stay with no success. Housekeeping was not friendly nor did they clean the bathroom as requested daily. The pool was down for maintenance. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel.

  Customer service was excellent!!! Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Location was close to highway and ok food places near by. Nice small pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Bad things fitness room very small machines didn't work. Cookies and evening snacks were a plus!

  Awesome place to stay at. Location is perfect. Only took 20 minutes for my family and I to get to do stuff on Mother's Day weekend. Staff was extremely friendly. Check in was great. I signed up for the rewards program so I could get a free night stay in the future. Rooms were perfectly clean. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

  The rooms are clean, the location is great in terms of finding lots of food and things to do, the free breakfast is incredible as far as free breakfasts go, and the workers are very friendly. I would highly recommend.

  We enjoyed the fitness center, and the heated indoor pool (which is a saltwater/chlorine combo). I missed breakfast, but there are fresh waffles among other options. There's tea, coffee, and cookies available all day in the lobby. The rooms are lovely and cosy, with a mini fridge and microwave.

  I was rudely greeted and spoken to when I walked in. Not the type of welcome you'd appreciate after a long drive. The mattress cover is nasty (I always check for bed bugs), there was a hair on the toilet and the shower has mold. I'm only staying a night or I'd change hotels.

  The clerk working the front desk first ignored me when I walked in at 845pm. After I called out to see if anyone was working the desk the lady said (with a mouth full of food that she was eating while cleaning up the dining area) please wait. When I got to the room it had a strong odor, almost like pesticide. The furniture was damaged in places and the bed was extremely hard!!! Have you ever heard "you can't polish a turd" well these guys tried!

  Very good front desk service and nice amenities (can't beat free cookies and included breakfast). Decor leaves a bit to be desired. Shelf was calling off the wall and the shower curtain didn't work - floor was totally flooded when I got out of the shower.
