Ok, so it is obvious that this is a rather old hotel for starters. Secondly, not a lot of money is spent on beutifing the place. The breakfast has room for improvement. The kinda guy I amif the place is clean, and not very worn, and everything works, I'm good with it, the hotel met my requirements on those issues. If I visit the area again, will spend a little more effort looking for an improvement in another hotel. Nice housekeeping staff.

Friendly, affordable, appealing, fairly quiet, convenient location. The "executive suite" has separate bedroom and living room, nice when one is sleeping and the other awake.The full, hot breakfast was a good start to the day.

Had a last minute booking deal online for a suite, at a good price.
Front desk was not helpful. They had prominent signage discussing military and veteran rates and upgrades; normally I don't bother bringing it up as it's a hassle, but I figured I'd ask about it, since I am a vet. "No, you already have the best rate." "Oh, OK, no big deal. What about the room upgrade it mentions?" *blank stare*
Got to room, it doesn't have a pack n play, as requested. Call front desk, am told they don't have any. Considering they were mentioned at the hotel's website, this is odd.
Bathtub spews yellow water, like their water softener has long since been exhausted, and iron is plentiful.
Bed is among the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Hard and lumpy.
Ceiling looks like they ripped the drywall off to give it a faux-industrial look with exposed joists, but it just ends up looking incomplete and odd.
All in all, it's a room at a decent price, but not one that I would stay at again. Below the standard I've usually seen at Country Inn and Suites.response / report this review -

Update: We left our daughter's toy there and after almost a month since we had stayed there, they still had it and shipped it back to us right away. Very impressed with that!
It is nice hotel, the employees were nice and accommodating. The location is a little confusing to find if you don't know the area but once we found the correct road it was fine. We got a two queen beds room and there was a pull out couch also, which we didn't need but was a nice extra. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, cereal). Overall, I enjoyed the one night stay we had.response / report this review -

I stayed here two weeks ago and this is the worst hotel experience I ever had. The front desk person who checked me in was extremely slow and did not know how to do her job properly. I had to ask myself if this place uses child labor after seeing the front desk employee. She looked extremely malnourished and looked like she just finished elementary school. My daughter in middle school looks more mature than she does.The actual room had a really bad smell that kept me up at night. The breakfast food was okay, but I have had better at other places. I also overheard the employees talking about the owner hiring a convicted criminal as the general manager. After the general manager was hired, he robbed not only guests, but also hotel employees. Country Inn Corporate needs to shut down this hotel. I plan to writing to corporate regarding this.

Rooms were clean, however ours smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. Pool is small. Only 2 chairs at two tables to watch my children in the pool. Otherwise you have to stand while your kids swim. Breakfast was decent. People at the front desk were very nice. I probably wouldn't stay again.

Well, on the positive side, the people are nice. Which is good, because you'll spend a lot of time talking to them. We booked 5 rooms, 2 queen beds in each, two months before our stay. In the intervening months they changed that randomly to 7, then 'corrected' it to 3, then ended at 4 king suites upon check in. When we checked in, there were oil stains on the bed cover, the bathroom door doesn't latch and the shower doesn't drain. They offered us rollaway beds because of the single bed, then redacted it because there were no additional rollaway beds. Overall the people are nice and trying their best but it has not been a great experience.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, and rooms too. Stayed here last year - better than the other hotels I've stayed at near Wings Stadium.

They tried changing our room at check in saying that they were overbooked. Got settled in our room to find out that the door would not lock. My wife missed our son's soccer game trying to get it straightened out. They ended up changing our room for the night. The water in the shower and the drinks had a color to it. Definitely would not stay there again.

Overall the hotel was okay. It's your typical hotel. Uncomfortable bed with bad pillows, but it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was a let down. All the donuts and muffins were stale and a lot of things were not refilled when empty. The hot food was the best part and that was just okay. I wish there were healthier options, better fresh fruit and yogurt. All the staff members were very nice and the small pool is nice for kids.

I've stayed there for a total of 6 nights so far. First of all, the staff are very welcoming and seem to want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The fitness center is nice. Floor to ceiling mirror on one of the walls and a wall mounted TV. (2 different treadmill models, 1 exercise bike, 1 elliptical) They have an indoor pool but I haven't used it. As far as the rooms go, unfortunately the walls are thin and allow you hear people talking in the room on either side of you. If you are in a first floor room and the room above is occupied, you will hear various sounds (footsteps, toilet flushing, water running). If you sleep during normal hours (9p-5a) then this may not be distracting, unfortunately for me, I don't (5p-1a due to my job).
