Usually great service by the front desk team. Breakfast bar when stocked is the best one of the budget hotels. Best Baymont in Kalamazoo!

Bed was comfortable, apparently new. Room was good price and spacious. City has had water issues which meant tub had yellow water and brown streaks, but not hotel's fault. Bathroom had a part of the ceiling drywall looking cracked and chipped, and water damaged. When told they immediately pit in a work order and we're very apologetic and accommodating.

I was actually really pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It only cost us $60.00 a night to stay there and it looked clean and safe. Usually when a room is that cheap, it's either dirty or in a bad neighborhood. This would be a 5 stars out of 5 if it were a little nicer, but totally worth the money we paid. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall it was fine, for the price we paid. Our room was fine, not exciting but it did the job for a quick overnight visit. There is a microwave and fridge, which we used. Customer service at check in wasn't the best, mostly due to being understaffed. I needed an extra pillow to help support a back injury, and there were none in the room. Called the front desk and they said they had just 1 extra, thank goodness, which they were nice enough to bring to me. 10 minute uber ride from downtown.

Stayed here for work for three nights. I was disappointed in the room to say the least. The water was yellow, not just when you first use it but periodically through the stay. There was a spider in the shower as well as a dead one behind the pillows on the bed.

The front light switch doesn't turn any light on so you have to walk through the dark to get to a light.

The sheets were dirty in the sense that they felt sticky and damp even with the air conditioner on.

I was happy to file a complaint internally in order to fix these issues but the front desk said they don't provide surveys or take any feedback from guests. What? Yes.

Long day on the soccor fields and all we wanted to do was swim and the pool is closed for the winter?? 90 degrees outside! Really??
Room is nice but also found a dead bug in our room.
To top it all off no one at the check in desk when I arrived and it took them 5 -10min. Of me looking around to come and help..
    not satisfied!

First of all they don't even deserve a star not two not three not four damn sure not five! I will be posting more about this hotel, Baymont Inn. The sheets wasn't clean the bed had crumbs in it and pubic hairs. The floor wasn't vacuum the jacuzzi tub had yellow rings around the drain the towels wasn't clean some of some was white some of them was yellow! Whoever own and operate these hotels should be ashamed! But I will be posting more comments about them this was the first and last time my stay here! It took housekeeping over 45 minutes to bring me clean sheets. No more Baymont Inn, in Kalamazoo Michigan off of 94.

The room was comfortable, however the fridge/freezer did not freeze anything so $10 worth of ice cream melted. The complimentary breakfast was good, but lacked good protein options. We found that some of the electrical outlets either wouldn't hold a plug or provide a charge. Other than that our stay was nice.

We stayed in the second floor and had a terrible time the first night which was a Friday. There were loud people next to us. Someone kept opening and slamming their door for like 20 mins at around 2 am. There was also people above us running around and stomping around the same time. The people on our floor that were being annoying were also yelling and laughing nearby outside our room until about 3am. We tried to call the front desk but couldn't figure out how to on the phone. People finally calmed down and we were able to fall asleep around 3:30am. The second night we stayed warm Saturday. Our key card wouldn't let us in do we had to walk down to the desk and get a new card which was fine but annoying since we were tired and it was late at night. I was so happy there were no more shenanigans going in that night and I could actually sleep. We were also a bit disappointed with the Breakfast. It was not stocked either morning and the coffee was bad. The room itself was fine though. Nothing special.

The room was clean and the staff was really nice, as well as efficient. The facility is very run down, but felt welcoming because of the staff. The elevator is frightening, it tilts and creeks.

Staff was very nice, found 2 dead bugs in room. Fine place to stay for one night or so but you definitely pay for what you get. Free hot breakfast was good.
