Checked in very late, but the check in went flawlessly. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and checkout was quick as well. So, for just staying a night, it ticked the right boxes.

The sales manager does not set a good representation of the hotel. I’m sorry to say this but your sales manger is the only reason why I’ve quit my monthly stay. Every time he checks us in or we have a question he always seems to answer with attitude which is very unprofessional. He constantly yells at other employees to do tasks we ask him for help on. Just get it done right away rather then wait on another employee to do it? So lazy. Many other guests while I was staying there had room types changed for a wedding, mine was changed as well. I understand room types are a REQUEST. However that’s not the point, he should have made an effort to contact us so we can bring extra amenities with us before we arrive. I will not be back because of his lack of service. However, all other staff seemed friendly especially the breakfast lady and Paul. Room was great and clean, house keeping staff is very accommodating and the location is very convenient for my work. Get a new sales manager and maybe I’ll come back. On the other hand, good job on the other staff for making us feel at home.

If you’re going to change room types, PLEASE CONTACT THE GUEST ABOUT IT BEFORE WE ARRIVE! I loved my stay here but my room type was changed and so were my friend’s room types when we stayed a couple weeks ago. I mean, is it that hard to just pull up my reservation and call me about it? That way I know if I need to bring an air mattress or extra pillows and blankets for my kids. I reserved 2 queens and got a king and couch sofa which gave me bad back pain. Not what I had in mind. I had to argue for a discount with the assistant general manager who just doesn’t know how to do his job when setting up room blocks. I won’t be staying here again and by the looks of it, many people won’t be if this continues to go on and that really makes the hotel look bad. All you have to do is call to let a customer know about their room type being changed. Simple.

Had a whirlpool room. King bed. Nice room! Although the tub was filthy! It had a film ring in it and then the next time it was used there was brown dirt all over. Was really gross.

Great breakfast, fairly convenient location. As is the case at all Country Inns I have stayed at, the pillows quickly compress to almost nothing. The water pressure leaves a bit to be desired. Friendly service, especially the breakfast attendant who brought out extra food for our group of overnight workers returning from a long shift near the end of breakfast hours.

I stayed at the Country Inn on September 10, the evening of my 45th class reunion. Someone from the reunion committee "blocked " rooms for that night. After being notified of the rooms blocked, a week and half later I booked a room on line. I used my Club Carlson Visa to reserve it. My stay was pleasant, but arrived for check in to a sign that someone would be with me shortly they were helping another guest. (1 person at the front desk?) I signed for my room and proceeded on to a wonderful reunion. Checked out the next day, received my receipt and left. When I received my credit card statement I had been charged twice for 2 different amounts for the stay. I left a message for KYLE the Asst General Manager. He returned my call the next day, asking to Speak to Christina???? Not me. I said no one by that name here. He said that was the name left on voice mail, I then gave him my name. "Oh yeah" was the response. I was told the second charge was the hold on my card. I said you cannot hold an amount on my credit card, only a debit card. I told him I had booked one room on line and signed for one room. He refused to help solve the problem and told me the charge would drop off my account in 7 to 10 business days. Terrible customer service! Will not stay at a Country Inn and Suites every again!!!!!!!!! Called credit card company and am disputing the charge.

Staff is a Joke. We were there for a wedding and needed the shuttle to take us to the reception. The guy behind the reception desk did'nt have a clue about anything and just wanted us to leave him alone so he could continue to play on his phone. Rooms are old but clean. Beds are comfortable but don't plan on sleeping. Walls must be paper thin as you could hear everything going on around you, that is if you could hear over the sound of the air conditioner that rattled like a Harley!! Very cheap feeling hotel without the cheap price tag.. There is far better for less.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame as it is in a convenient location..

Decent hotel but definitely not worth the $189 they were charging for a Saturday stay in July. Out-dated the accommodations don't match the price.

Nice staff, although when I returned the phone call to confirm my reservation the young spritely woman giggled and said, "Yes, this is true." It was kinda awkward. Check in was quick and helpful while check out was also very quick and pleasant. The breakfast serving staff, two heavy set women in particular, looked like they had just rolled out of bed and seemed unhappy about being there. But alas, a young man who stood tall, appeared professional and wore blue non-latex serving gloves; he continued keeping hot items full and other items stocked. I was unhappy about the non closing drapes that left me with an eyefull of sunlight at 6:30am when I should have been sleeping off my belly full of beer but I guess over serving myself is fault of my own and not the windows. That being said I was looking forward to sleeping in for once and that didn't happen. Nice rooms though; everything was clean, smells good, the bed was comfortable, nice pillows and nice clean bathroom. Back to breakfast fresh fruit, juice, milk, waffle maker (it's always fun watching confused people use the waffle machine), lukewarm scrambled eggs and rubbery bacon. It's tough to expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs and bacon was edible in a pinch. They should have a microwave, just saying! Would I stay here again? Possibly if there weren't other options available. Gratefully I live in the Metro-Milwaukee area and I didn't want to drive home drunk, which is my reasoning for staying and was much cheaper/more comfortable than sitting in a jail cell being booked for DUI.

Stay was overall was okay. TV in one of our rooms didn't work and they just said they would need to call the cable company. On the 2nd day, one of our toilets was clogged and we called to have it fixed. They said they would send someone right up. No one ever came. The next morning I had to go to the front desk to find out about the toilet being fixed and the man behind the counter told me he had a plunger and suggested I try to unclog it myself! They charged me 3x for 1 room that I paid cash for when we checked out. I'm currently still waiting for my money to be returned to me. Also, rooms still had garbage in them from other guests (under beds, next to the fridge) and we did not feel secure knowing anyone could enter any of the entrance doors without a key. Overall not impressed with our stay and we will not be staying there again.
