The breakfast was better than average. The room was large, and clean. The place is going through a little renovation currently but it was still mostly pleasant.

The staff is so wonderful and the room was nice, and clean. But, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The safety latch on my door broke when I attempted to latch it, and the toilet backed up twice. I had to fix my toilet, but the front desk staff was as helpful as they could be.

When I showed up with my family today after being on the road for 10 hours all we wanted was go check into our room. When we got to the desk Dora was helping us who happens to be new. Vanessa came up who wasn't anymore help. They now wanted us to pay for a room that we had already paid for. When I asked to speak with a manager Dora called him. At which point he started off the conversation with it's only 324 what do I expect I want a room that we paid for he then told me I was upset and he will not allow us to stay. They then called the cops on us me my mother brother his wife and child. How do you call this customer service. The manager told me there was no one else I could speak with I asked who the owner was who is his boss and he said no one then he Hung up on me. Dora called him back then he hung up on her who does that this is no way to run a business. I'll be taking the a step further. Then this women had the nerve to tell the cops we we're using racial remarks to her really

The desk attendant was really nice. She also recommended some great activities to see and do that were age appropriate for our small children. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The eggs weren't so great but they had really fresh fruit and other options. The waffle was the best!

It was being renovated but I didn't realize it until we were leaving. Everything was so clean and quiet I was oblivious. The staff is kind and courteous and helped me a lot. Breakfast was good as well. I definitely would go back. The rooms were spacious, clean, and were set up quite conveniently.

This place is amazing. We were in need of a place to stay when the hurricane Irma came. They assisted us and made the effort to make sure we had a place to stay. Vey nice area and there are restaurants around. Thanks guys

Nice clean spacious rooms. Front desk personal was available. Well maintained outdoor pool. Breakfast was phenomenaljust need to add honey for tea and different type of breakfast potatoes. Breakfast room was always clean, tables also. Great distance to Destin Beach. I would tell others about this location, but might want it to be my secret hideaway.

The manager really helped us out checking in early and even got us a better room while doing so, so grateful! There breakfast was great and the customer service is good as well. Will definitely come back!

We were flat out discriminated against. We were told that we couldn't bring my wife's service dog to stay with us in the hotel. This is a clear violation of the Americans with disabilities act. I only edit my review to reiterate that they only listened to the first part of the sentence when I explained what all the dog does as a service animal. He also opens doors, picks things up, turns light switches on and off, as well as emotional support training. You would rather threaten me and say i could be put in jail. You people are seriously immature and obviously have no valid response to the issue. You have done nothing more than prove how ignorant that you are and have lost a customer permanently. You now alienate my wife who is in a wheelchair and depends on that dog to do day to day activities. Rather than just admit you were wrong and try to rectify the situation you handle it like a childish moron.

At check in I was assigned room 325, when I went into the room there was another couple sleeping in the room already! That didnt make me feel so secure in leaving my room to go to dinner thinking the same mix up could happen again!
The room was small, bathroom spacious!
Breakdast was good but rather small compared to other hotels!
Overall I would stay here again as a last resort!report this review -

Love the atmosphere. It is a nice, clean hotel and they have friendly staff. I came in with my family on a drill weekend and had a single bed room. When they saw I had my family with me, they moved me to a suite. My son loved his own "room." I was highly pleased.
