We’re do I start? I booked a king suite. I was put in a double. No big deal, just a little annoying. Walked up to my room only to find out it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Great, walked back down stairs and was told to wait until it was clean and keep the room. That shocked me, seeing as how the parking lot had about 6 cars in it. So I sat in my room and got to watch the house keeper Clean it. She was a good sport & she’s the only reason this post isn’t getting one star. What’s next you ask, well the shower drains slower then it fills up. So I got to take a shower standing in 6 inches of water. That was kinda odd But wait, after that I got a phone call I denied. So they decided to walk up to my while trying to eat dinner and tell me I was checked in under the name Bonny Yea I’m a dude. So I got the amazing opportunity to go check in again. So many fun activities I got to do today. Just a good reminder to stay in the Hilton 6 minutes down the street. Unfortunately I forgot to prebook my room there this week & got stuck at this place. Moral of the story, pick the Hampton if the Hilton isn’t available. The way these hotels are run are night & day!!

I would absolutely come back again the service is the best I have experienced at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was the friendliest, the room looked good and clean and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. I even peeked in when it was almost time for breakfast to be over and it still looked like I could get a full plate. 10/10 would stay there again

Very friendly staff, and good location. Rooms felt a little dated, but still comfortable. Bathroom seemed newly renovated. Breakfast was reasonable, and started earlier than most (6 am) which was very nice for my early schedule. I would stay here again.

The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is effecient and satisfying. The options are enough to make most all happy. The hotel is clean and kept up. Parking is decent and plentiful. The rooms are nicely appointed for what you need.

We came here from Clearwater Florida to get away from Hurricane Irma. Last minute decision to stop here, made a call at 2am and they were able to get us a room when we got there at 5am.
Room was pretty big, bedroom was comfortable and the living room area was spacious and clean.
The bathtub was great, oversized and able to swim in it, I did my daily laps inside of it, it was that BIG !!!! :)
The front desk was polite and courteous and very accommodating to our needs.
The kitchen staff, Teresa? I think, she was awesome. Very polite and very courteous. I really appreciate that kind of demeanor especially in our circumstance. She was in tune with what was going on and was very polite. She had some help that morning from the maintenance guy, Robbie I think was his name. He was also very polite.
The next morning we had breakfast and it was just what we needed after 18 hours of being on the road and 10 hours of exhaustion and shut down.
Will stay here again if ever passing through or visiting areas near or within Aiken.

My family and I stayed for the eclipse. We stayed in the older part of the hotel but it wasn't bad at all. My only complaints were the hot tub wasn't able to be used and the comforters on the bed were pretty lumpy. The room itself was pretty standard as far as hotels. Although it was outdated it was clean and I didn't mind my kids walking on the floor with bare feet. If you don't like feather pillows, bring your own. The staff was amazing and quickly met our needs including adding an extra day past when we were supposed to check out. Everyone was beyond nice, from the front desk staff, housekeeping to the kitchen staff. The breakfast had a great variety of food from eggs, sausage gravy, sausage links, potatoes, make your own waffles, oatmeal, grits, cereals, bagels, biscuits, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, drinks and coffee. I was impressed. My kids enjoyed the pool the most and it was very quiet. We were able to eat and have drinks poolside as long as there was no glass. It's a quiet hotel as far as traffic goes yet you're close to dining options and grocery stores as well as Wal-Mart and target. The hotel walls are kind of thin though and we could hear the people above us getting ready at 5am. There's also a little putt putt golf place just across the street thats within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Aiken!

We stayed for two weeks and they never changed our sheets and barely cleaned our room at all! They also did a poor job at giving us fresh towels and the maid left us a nasty note.

Wonderful check in clerk gave us fresh cookies. Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable sleep, good breakfast.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly. The worst thing I can say is that I wish the cabinet that the fridge had a handle; when it closes it's loud.

This is our favorite place to stay! The staff is excellent. And if you have any issues they correct it promptly. The breakfast is better than most hotels. They have a free beer and wine and snacks around 5-7 a few days a week. Sometimes they even have a specialty drink! The pool and hot tub are always clean and clear. It is in a quiet area away from all the busy shops and restaurants that Aiken has to offer, yet in less that 10 mins you find your self in the middle of many things to do, buy or eat! I recommend this place to anyone who will listen! 😘
