Great room and functional heater. Front staff was friendly both morning and night. Great overnight stop! 👍

We had just planned on spending the night on a road trip, so all we really wanted was a cheap place to sleep for a night. So were really suprised when we walked into our room and saw that it was extremely clean and very nicely (if simply) decorated. The TV was big and new, and it had a fridge and microwave (that we didn't need, but it was still nice to see at that price). The beds were very comfy and we got our good night's sleep that we wanted. Highly recommended.

The room we stayed in was clean and recently refurbished. We wondered why the ceiling tiles were kept and not replaced as well. The room had the basics, including a refrigerator and Microwave. Coffee was waiting for you in the office. I drink Tea so not a big issue but some like the Coffee in the room luxury. The walls were clean, freshly painted but lacked any art to speak of. I guess to keep the price down - no art. The beds were great and there were plenty of pillows. The location is convenient and near gas and restaurants to satisfy your needs. We'll stay here again but hope by then the renovations continue and the furnishings are a little nicer but overall a good clean place to stay - emphasis on clean.

This is a very nice place and clean motel. Stayed here while traveling north and loved it. Price is great and rooms are nice and clean. Front desk person was very friendly. I will stay here again.

The rooms were clean, quiet and reasonably priced. A great place to stay on our trip north. Plus a great area for my dog to run. Would stay here again.

Great staff, good location, good to great price. Recommended for basic short term accommodations. Would do it again. But upstairs person was a little noisy. This was beyond staff/motel to influence!

Your first experience is the front clerk. Amazingly, he is as taciturn as described.WHEN he finally decides to come out of the back room to greet you in the run-down, bug-ridden office area with drop-ceiling tiles missing, exposing moldy insulation.

If you don't run away, you will find a room that they made look presentable. Again, just a described, it is the most bare-bones room I have ever seen: 2 beds (clean enough) w/ a sheet and very thin bed cover and 2 pillows (one was absurdly lumpy, but one was all I needed).
Between the beds, a night stand too far away from either bed to be practical with a phone on it. One light switch over the night table to control both over-bed lights.
On the opposite wall stands a half-moon table w/2 chairs and a luggage rack, a wall mounted tv, a 4'x3' mirror and lastly, one small trash can. THATS IT! No dressers, no storage what so ever.
The AC is very old, but worked nicely (some might be bothered by the noise, not unusual for an old wall-mounted one, however).
Entryway door does not fit very well, which did allow a few flying insects in.
Though the room is presentable, they failed to do anything with the ceiling tile, especially in the bathroom.
Driving home how little they REALLY care.
As stated in other reviews, no extras: no pool, no shampoo, conditioners etc, no coffee maker (they have coffee in the bug riddled office -- honestly don't plan on trying it)
But, it is, indeed suitable for a quick stop while en route .DO check thoroughly for bed bugs, one person claimed their room had them. Frankly, you should always check (even in a 5 star hotel) We found no such evidence, here.

The manager was awesome, he let us ck in a little early. We appreciated that so much because my sister and I are both disabled, but we try to keep going. On our ck in the room was just like the picture, smelled clean was clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable. We liked the laminate flooring, but it would have been nice to have had a throw rug at the bed .It was well worth the low cost we paid to stay . On ck out day, the maid worried us about checking out. She started at 10:30 ,I explained to her my ck out said 12 p.m. . She argued with me and said I needed to call her boss . I called the desk and he assured me my ck out time was 12p.m. and said he would take care of it . We left the maid a tip because she was very good to see to our needs ,but we figured it might not have been clear to her the time to ck out . We will definitely be back

    Facts:
Didn't have to pay ahead, and our reservation was fine.
NO BREAKFAST!! Ignore advertising that says otherwise.
No toiletries. 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo.
    No Kleenex. Cheap toilet paper.
2 bath and hand towels, 2 wash cloths.
Bottom of tub very slippery. Be careful!
front desk clerk was a little snarky. Had to soft-pedal him to get him to lighten up.
Room not nice. Cheap renovations. Glaring stains on ceiling tiles.
    Bed clean and comfortable.
    No extra blankets.
    Pillows OK, but only 2.
Antique air conditioner kept us cool, but very noisy until we took the front cover off.
Slept well. No noise from outside, but the AC may have contributed by its significant white noise.
Crappy TV and sound, but were able to watch our favorite PBS program. No program guide.
    WIFI worked well.
Coffee at front desk sucked. Powered creamer too. yuck.

Very clean and nicely updated, Reception was pleasant and quick as a female I'd feel safe staying here by myself. No breakfast but I always miss eating anyway, no fridge, only 2 pillows on a king but truly nothing bad to say.

Mattress in room 107 appeared brand new as did the linens and shower curtain.

The lady working was really nice but I was assigned room 121 and they have bed bugs! She tried to tell me I brung bed bugs with me but that is impossible due to the fact I spent the previous night in a budget truck while I was traveling from DC. I will try to contact a Mr. Neil Patel about this, being as though that was the only compensation she could or would provide. The fact there is no overseer or corporate affiliation with this location is appalling. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! It is 4:00am and I'm back sleeping in my rental truck. Coming here is a huge mistake if you have to visit family and friends.

The exterior door scares me. The framing needs to be redone I feel like anyone could break in at any moment even with this smart Lock. Beds could be better although not unbearable. They left me 1/3 roll of toilet paper and didn't even leave a full roll anywhere. That is annoying. These are the reasons for my rating poorly.

Flooring in my room looks recently done. Ac works, requested a room with a fridge as I'm traveling with breast milk, it's keeping my cooler well. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was ice for my cooler. Pets stay free. Vending machine, gas station for snacks right next door. They splurged on the TV, really rather a better door. Id be afraid if I weren't traveling with my dogs

It's a room with a bed. Nothing more, catch some sleep and hit the road again.

We needed a reasonably priced room after deciding to stop after a long day in traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful as was the owner. They are renovating the rooms and we loved the modern look! It was clean and quiet. The only downside is if you want a room with a fridge or microwave they do not have those available. If you are looking for a clean, economical and convenient location though I would highly recommend this motel!
