I am so impressed with everything about this community, most important the management and staff. They are kind responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking and committed to the highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccable maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Cottonwood Apartments for your next apartment home.

These are the most inconsiderate apartments I've ever moved to. They have all these parking spaces and have a visitor parking space that has a few spots, if your tire is flat you can't fix, other tow trucks aren't allowed in if you want your car towed to fix it,the kids bikeS cant be on the porch, they want you to stay put in your apartment and thats it, if you anything other than hispanic RUN! HERE ARE THE PROPERTY RULES

I went as a visitor (took a friend to the grocery store. As a Security Professional, I'd give them 5 stars for their current security measures. I think my friend and her kids are safer there than other gated communities.
