Incredibly disappointed in the unprofessionalism from our host. Threw menus on the table and just walked away. No one came by at any point to bring the chips or even ask for drinks. Another couple shows up and mention that a 3rd party will be arriving. The employee seemed upset at the request, then shovels the responsibility to another employee in a very annoyed tone. Said it in Spanish like she's slick. That attitude said all that needed to be said. I used to really like the food, but not with that attitude.

Tried to go tonight. Google says open until 10 p.m. The place was dark. Not sure if they are out of business or just closed early.

Large food portions and very delicious. The staff was wonderful, 1 in particular was a different server from ours (not saying ours wasn't great because she definitely was) but this other made our 2 year old sons night. When we left they were friends and it was so cute. Really love this place and the family oriented atmosphere, not to mention my husband said his Long Island Tea was also fantastic! 😁

The food and service has really gone down hill recently. This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant, but I have been disappointed the past few times I've visited. The service was slow, the food was just okay, and the restaurant itself needed a deep cleaning. The bathrooms definitely need some cleaning. I really hope it improves, because I miss it!

Seated quickly but then waited and waited. Had to get up and get their attention to give my order. When the food finally came it was lukewarm. Nothing worse than lukewarm melted cheese. When finished had to wait and wait for my bill. Finally got up again, server was behind counter eating her dinner. Will not return.

Its like walking into a BAR not family restaurant Not clean cheesy decor SERVICE SUCKS..I was seated because a bell rings every time someone walks ingiven my tea and sat there a long time had to ask someone to take my order AFTER I had eatten all the chips salsathen the Spanish speaking server comes over NO PERSONALITY NOT FRIENDLY AT ALLfood was ok not enough sour cream or guac for one chimichanga let alone two but couldn't get any ones attention to ask for more.
Seriously ITS LIKE WALKING INTO A DIVE BAR not a restaurantBar is to left seating to eat to the right. Bar was lively at 6:30. SIGN SAYS FAMILY RESTAURANT but its not on inside.
Toilet was clogged in bathroom as wellI was hungry so I stayed but its first time in my life I thought about leaving $2 on table for my Tea and leavingresponse / report this review -
