Pizza was ok. My brother, myself and our kids dined in. We had 3 slices left so we boxed them up. When we got home there was a loonnggg blonde hair baked in the cheese. Not 1 person wore a hairnet. Asked to use restroom abd although there were cleaning supplies, the restroom was filthy! Not sure how they got 3.7 rating.

You can't even have a dog in the patio. My family drove so far so we could eat there with our dog because people say it's good, but it's not. We called them before going and they said dogs are allowed but there not.

We have been ordering here for almost 8 years and we love the food. We order about 3x's a month spending anywhere from $25-50 each time and always tip a minimum of $5 and we are less than a half mile from the store. However, about 6-7 months ago almost every other order has been messed up in one way or another. The owner is the one who usually mans the phones and has always been super nice and apologetic and overall has excellent customer service which is why we keep coming back. Tonight we ordered a pie and a sub and the sub was wrong. Called the store and spoke to the manager on duty which turns out to be the owners son and completely clueless as to what it means to be in customer service. He said they were busy and understaffed and stuff like that just happens. (I said I understand this if it was once in awhile but not when it happens at a rate of 50%, it is crazy and NOT normal no matter how busy) He gets an attitude then says the only difference is it has hamWOW for one, this guy does not even know their own menu and second, it has bacon and ham which are both pork and the person this was ordered for does not eat pork and lastly, it is NOT what we ordered or paid for. Anyway, I had to ask him to remake and send out because duh huh porknot going to be eaten and the pizza had pork on it. To make a long story short, I asked when the owner would be in because this kid was beyond unprofessional and he went into what I can only describe as an entitled adolescent tantrum, sarcastically begged me to call his father and then hung up on me! The food is good but not good enough for this type of customer service, we will be giving our business to one of the other 5 pizza/sub places that are less than 0.2 miles from there location.

The pizza is on par with the neighboring pizza place and it's faster and half the price. I love it. We eat a large sausage pizza every Sunday night.

Have for 20 yrs enjoyed their service. But tonite got recording they can't come to the phone. That is unacceptable for a business that delivers to make living. Still love their pizza

Poor, poor customer service, and was rudely hung up on by manager after I called regarding a burnt, very dry Bar-B-Q Pork sub sandwich JEFF & Greg are the two most rudest people I have ever had an encounter with. DO NOT go there !!!!! They don't care about people, or their food industry. Awful, experience. Also they said they have gotten a lot of complaints from my facility, and I feel that was taken out on me. I have nothing to do with their " Past " complaints, I only was concerned with my order & the problem at hand that moment. I don't care about anything else, but " MY" Order, & that's why I called the Manager, and he could have card less. Very poor customer service, awful communication. I got my refund though !!!!!

I wouldn't rate them not even 1 star in customer service and kindness.Evertime i call there and that lady answers she is just so rude and nasty from the beginning to endhopefully whoever owns that place gets rid of her because she will just end up bringing that business down..for me customer service is the #1 thing in a business and dont get me wrong food is too die for but i rather eat at Domino's where they train people not to be rude to others.

Always makes a great pie. Much cheaper AND better than the big chains. It's a smaller place, so don't expect delivery to be there on time every time. Would be 4.5 stars with faster delivery.

Their Greek pizza no longer taste as good as it use to! WAY too much Sauce!! When I called to complain the person on the other end wanted to argue with me! Did not offer a new pizza! Have been doing business with them for years! Today ends my business with them! 6/17/2016
