Food was not good. The hash browns were soaked in greese. Eggs had no seasoning. I wanted to like this place so much because the people were awesome. But it is not a place I'd go again.

The manager here suggests hiding rocks outside if you hide them here so they are less likely to get tossed when staff is cleaning, but he also said he'd leave a note for the staff about the rocks. During the conversation, one of the waitresses held one up and asked if it was one and it was! How fun! Ask for the syrup in packages. My eggs came easy. I asked for medium. I do not like runny whites, but the waitress handled it by taking them off the bill.

Great place to eat for breakfast or at 3 am! :) super fast and always consistent. I'd rather go here than IHOP, a lot quicker and cheaper. Everything I've had here has neem great but the breakfast sandwich is my favorite. Just wish they would have different creamers for coffee.

The building could use some repair or renovation but overall the service is good and the food is excellent. Best grub you can get in Beckley at 3am.

We visited this Shoppe on Friday, April 14,2017. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy to work there; the restaurant was clean.

I ordered the burger melt with french fries and my husband ordered the ham and cheese omelet with hashbrowns. I really enjoyed my burger because it was juicy and well seasoned. We will definitely visit again!

Tried this place based on Google reviews and my family and I loved it! My 8 year old says he rates it 6 stars out of 5 😀. Staff is courteous and make u feel very welcome. Omelettes were filled well with promised ingredients. Loved that u can get sliced tomatoes instead of hashbrowns, and when my husband and I declined toast, staff offered extra tomato slices, which we gladly accepted! Thanks Omelette Shoppe for being right off the exit and offering an alternative to all the fast food places!! 😊

Decided to try this place for brunch while visiting for the weekend. It doesn't look like much from the outside but has an adorable, cozy diner feel to the inside. Our sever was incredibly friendly and attentive, made lots of suggestions for our food and catered to exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, hot and quick. I was very surprised at the high quality of the food and even noted that for "diner breakfast food" it wasn't very greasy and didn't bother my stomach like some diner food has in the past. Highly recommend and will definitely come back if I ever pass through again!
