  As a Realtor® I've worked with many different contractors and stick with the ones who excel. Brad sits at the top of the list. Below are pictures of the patio cover he installed, as well as what he was replacing. The workmanship is first-class, but what really stands out is that he treats clients as his friends - not customers who'll simply pay his bills. About 8 years ago Brad installed our balcony when we were having our home re-stucco'd (I've include a picture of that as well). When he came out to install our patio he noticed the balcony railing he had installed was sagging (well, it had been 8 years). He leveled and re-enforced it AT NO CHARGE!! That's what you'll get when you deal with Cornerstone Decks and Patio Covers.

  Brad installed a Trex deck in my backyard 6 years ago and it still looks like new. His quality of workmanship is excellent! My neighbors with wood decks installed around the same time have had the wood warp and had to paint it twice. Check out the photos.

  I would like to start off and say how particular I am about any work needing to be done in my home. I am VERY particular with who I hire and the quality of work they provide. So to get a positive review from me is really good.
  
  I contacted several decking companies prior to contacting this company and I am so glad I found Brad. After experiencing the desk building process and seeing how intricate it is, it really is like art work.
  
  I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his crew! After watching them build the decks it is safe to say that his crew were super professional and super nice, too! Brad walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions.
  
  He ensured my happiness. Just an overall great experience. Building a deck is no small task there is way more to it than most people understand. And not hiring the right company could be a nightmare.
  
  If you are building a deck, these are the guys you need to hire!!! They will do the job RIGHT!!
  
  Would definitely recommend. DOUBLE THUMBS UP!
