It used to be a good bank but lately I have been very dissatisfied. The bill pay dept mailed a check late for my daughter's rent where I was charged $50.00 and they told me I was responsible for that. After 30 years I am actively seeking another bank even though it is a pain to move everything.

I’ve since had another issue with the credit union which i think was my fault. I did not ask them to correct it but I got an email from Beatrice that they had decided to credit my account anyway. I was impressed with that gesture and appreciated that.
