Made an appointment with this boutique and all seemed well as they were very courteous, polite, and had asked about price range and size over the phone for my friend's upcoming wedding. We thought we were off to a good start until we showed up. They had not pulled any dresses and just pointed to a section for us to search through. The dresses are so tightly stacked that it was impossible to see through the collection. On top of not having much of a selection in our price range, they continuously made comments about the Bride's size and kept insisting on us raising her budget. Not once did they listen to any of the styles that the Bride wanted and kept showing us gowns that were nowhere near what we asked for. Overall, the whole experience was not a great one and the Bride will not be purchasing a gown from this shop. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for personable and personalized assistance in finding the dress for your big day.

I had a very pleasant experience here! Everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and nice. I was helped by Rosario and Mabel, and they were both really attentive and knowledgeable! They let me know that their goal was to make sure I went home happy - and I sure did! LOVE my dress!!! Thank you Coral Gables Bridals!

When I walked in, I was not greeted. A woman named Diana helped me. I let her know the type of styles that I liked and showed her a couple of pictures. I told her what my budget was, and she told me that there was not much in my price range. She also told me that I have expensive taste. Once in the room, she began bringing out lace gowns with sleeves when I told her I wanted a mermaid gown that was strapless. She completely disregarded my budget and was not pulling gowns in the style that I asked for. I went to another bridal salon and purchased a gown the same day with a consultant who listened to me and truly cared about what I wanted for my special day.

Found my absolute perfect dress!!! at this small but elegant and professional bridal boutique! Amazing experience and the owner was so knowledgeable, lovely and patient. She took all of my concerns into consideration and brought me so many beautiful options to try on. I had the best experience here and I recommend any bride looking for their dream gown to come here!

Isaura at Coral Gables Bridals was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and was truly invested (without being pushy) in helping me find my dream dress. She respected my budget, was professional, kind and genuine. She just gets it. I highly recommend working with her if you visit this bridal store.

This is definitely THE BEST place to buy your dress in Miami. The personnel are the BEST. They take such a good care of you like they were family. Nancy has such a great EYE. She found my dream dress. I took my best friend here and she got her dream dress too! I would recommend (with my eyes closed) this place and Nancy to everyone.

Absolutely LOVED CGB and the amazing staff! Went here with my mom and grandmother and our experience was so easy! I only tried on 5 dresses because they literally brought out exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. Purchased both my dress and veil and they did all of my alterations - their seamstress is meticulous. Everyone was so kind and positive during all three of my visits. Would recommend to all of my girlfriends! Thank you CG bridal!!!

We checked a lot of wedding dresses shops, but Coral Gables Bridals was definitely the best by far. We were on a very tight budget, but we were able to find a beautiful wedding dress for $800! Dulce was the best (I believe she was the manager or owner). She cleaned and pressed my wedding dress). Overall, we had a great experience and our wedding wouldn't have been great without it.

THE BEST STAFF AND TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
When I started my journey for finding the perfect wedding dress, I made an appointment at every store in the neighborhood and chose Coral Gables Bridal because not only did I find my dream dress, veil, and sash, but the staff was INCREDIBLE. They take "the customer is always right" to another level. They are honest, having amazing attention to detail, and will continue to work with you until everything is perfect. I worked closely with Mabel (who is one of the kindest people you will ever meet) on fine tuning all of my wedding dress alterations until my dress fit me like a glove! There is also parking located in the garage behind the building which is a plus. I would recommend Coral Gables Bridals to any Florida bride. The experience I had with them was A+++.
