It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. My appointment was for 7:45 AM and I was taken back for my procedure atwait for it7:45 AM. The technician, Maria, was friendly and efficient. Excellent, service. My doctor sent me to LabCorp last year and I refused to go back, this year for my annual blood work after waiting for hours in the waiting room last year. I will be sharing with my doctor that Quest provides excellent service and it's where she should send her patients for lab work.

They only accept appointments on Saturday, but we're available for a sample drop off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait was short as well.

Great friendly staff. Considerate and efficient. Would definetly use and recommend this draw station. Skilled with pediatrics as well. 14 year old had 15 vials drawn and did amazing.

Medical Staff is excellent, but buyer beware on insurance. Unlike most medical service providers, they do not advise you if your health benefits are accepted. After listing my new insurance on-line while making the appointment, and at the time of check in for my routine diagnostic tests, was I told this was out of network and my new insurance was not accepted.
A very expensive lesson in patient Customer Care.

Customer service for Quest advised this was my problem not theirs, you should read you benefits book. Nice

This particular location is far superior to other locations close by and even further away. Professional service and the girl who took my blood was amazing. I usually have anxiety about giving me blood she had me so relaxed I didn't even know I had a needle on my arm. I had to use the bathroom and they didn't make me wait to take my urine sample, simply asked for my preliminary paperwork and passed me the cup so I could wait peacefully for my name to get called to come back. Very clean outside and inside. This is the only Quest I'll go to. And I usually bruise after blood work or have a bump, but nope not this time! Awesome job Quest.
