  When i moved in, I loved my place. I was a resident for 3 years. I only moved out because I started my RN career and no longer qualified for this place.
  Cons: management can be a little nicer but they aren't too bad, yes fitness center and pool was closed more than expected.
  Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would go back there if able.

  Horrible place to try to rent.. Office personal is horrible and so rude staring with Ms Mercedes, they are liars and they say they work so hard to help us but the reality is they work to not help us. How can this be a low income residency but there rent is so high per square feet.so sad..

  I have been trying to get a hold of someone at this facility, finally got someone a week ago, and I was told that I need to come in person to complete the paperwork to live there.. And all I needed to do was to come to their location to complete the paperwork.. I took time off work to come to fill the paperwork, and when I got there I was informed that I needed a list of documents that I was not notified despite asking the person I spoke to over the phone if there is anything I needed. All I was told was that Parking can be very full.I was not told of what I needed before taking time off work, and coming there almost an hour earlier. I had to leave/lose my spot in line to rush to park my car somewhere else after they told everyone they would get towed or the police would move our cars.. I tried to call the office after leaving to speak to someone, but got the voice messaging system. This was very unorganized, and not professional. This may look like a nice place, but that does not make it OK to waste peoples times, it is not nice.

  Frustratingly Incompetent Staff. If you need extra paperwork to admit tenants that's fine. If you refuse to tell them about it until they've already taken time off work and stood outside in line for an hour and a half waiting for you to open, you should have to pay them for their time before losing your job permanently. WE ASKED REPEATEDLY for information regarding what to bring and were told, REPEATEDLY, incorrect and incomplete information. They actually threatened prospective tenants with towing their cars and arrest, after all 50 or so of us parked in the only available spots, where we were TOLD to park in the first place. This caused many to lose their places in line, which they had been holding for an hour or more. The staff is rude and insulting, they are liars, and the management should be ashamed to have hired them. I've been to truck stops with better employees. The place looks great on the outside, but if the rest is run like the main office, I expect the apartments are full of broken, filthy, outdated trash.

  Gym has always been locked from 6pm-6am Saturday's too Sunday's all day. Only one pool entrance the rest has always been locked. Outside of that, workers are good people as well as the residents. Good place to raise kids. Nice and clean. Easy access to amenities needs a lot of improvement 2 out of 10 (1.5 stars) . Everything else is a 10 (5 star)

  The four stars is based on my own experience with Ms.Rogers..Very nice and professional she knows what she's doing and it shows!! looking forward to living there the place looks
