  Maintenance service completely misdiagnosed my car and still charged me. This is the second time this has happened. Both times I took it to a smaller auto-body shop after taking it here and they figured it out right away. My family and I are very committed to Ford because we trust that they will thoroughly look at my car to figure out what's wrong. However, sad to say, but this specific dealership lost my service because they did not do that.

  Great group of people to deal with from the owners down to sales and mechanics. Everyone works great together to find the best vehicle for you and to resolve any issues you may be having. They go the extra mile and it's noticeable.

  Great buying experience, drove from Negaunee and was well worth the drive. Was treated very well and process was also quick. They were willing to work with me unlike the local guys who had a take it or leave it attitude witch lost them a sale so I drove to Copper Country Ford the next Day and gave them the business and was very glad I did. The vehicle was even much better for a lower price. A++++ will definitely return for the next vehicle.

  Our RV on a F450 chassis broke down. CC Ford stepped and helped us out. We're out of Florida and found a great group of people that helped us even though it was a tough job.
  Can't say enough about the service and support.
