Delicious creole cuisine, must try buffet on the weekends but be prepared to wait up to 2 hours. The omelet bar is always on point offering crawfish amongst the meat choices. The buffet has it all, beef carving station, jambalaya, Cajun eggs, French toast is amazingly crispy and soft in the inside, the cheesy grits are awesome.

Good food, we loved our server but I can't remember her name. I remember she said she was a military kid who was born in NC but traveled alot. She was great. The only negative was, the room temperature was cold. It felt like the air was turned on and the vent above my booth shot cold air on me the entire time.

This restaurant has amazing New Orleans food. It's not the fake food that's a knock off of New Orleans. The food is the original flavor of New Orleans and I recommend going there and if you go try the red beans and rice. You won't regret it!

This was my first time and I can honestly say it won't be my last. The food was AMAZING!!!! I ordered the Spicy Herb Fried Chicken. (SOOOO DELICIOUS) My fiance had the Shrimp and Grits (OUTSTANDING) our son had the Catfish with macaroni and cheese. (SIMPLY DELICIOUS) Our server, Alisha was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She constantly checked on us and gave the BEST service we've ever received! We will definitely return!!!

I love this place. Always crowded for Sunday brunch but it's well worth the wait. Food is always great and fresh. The keep the buffet food fresh and filled. Waitress was nice and courteous. I took my 5 yr old son and he loves it. The band was wonderful too.

I asked for a cup of Gumbo. A large almost serving size bowl was placed in front of me. I called waitress over thinking there was a mistake. Nope that was the size of a cup. You have to try the gumbo! They know exactly what they are doing by serving a larger size. A normal cup and the waitress would be bringing a second and possibly third cup. Yes, Copeland's Gumbo is that good. So is the beans and rice. Everything was great.

This place is amazing! It should be illegal to have so much delicious food in one place. If you come, please come on Sunday so you can enjoy the buffet. I tried the seafood omelet. Best omelet I ever had hands down. I'm not sure who mama made the grits but she deserve a raise! I had a mixture of breakfast and lunch. My party and I was not disappointed at all! We loved the omelets, cheese grits, bacon (so delicious), French toast (melts in your mouth), Egg Benedict, and the amazing sweet tea! We drunk a pitcher probably by ourselves. It was a party of three. This is a mandatory restaurant if you are coming to this area!!!!

I was the first to order, the last to get my food out of 10 people that I sat with. When I got my food, it left much to be desired. I had "stuffed shrimp alfredo" the shrimp wasn't stuffed, it was just heavily battered. The shrimp that wasn't battered was very small. The food was good, but not great. Honestly I had better at red lobster.

Brother in law had an insect on his plate, maybe the left the backdoor open or something. The acted quickly and brought him a new plate. I don't know if it was completely new or they just rehashed it. The manager did come out to apologize. Which is great. No harm no foul. It was a nice atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses where good, it was a perfect balance of checking up on you without it being an annoyance. So props to that.

I came to visit my daughter in Georgia from Virginia with her sisters and her aunt. We planned different places to eat and Copeland's was the first. We put our name on the list to be seated. After putting our down, the hostess called our name combined with someone else and the wrong party number. When my daughter went to the desk, the hostess admitted her error and finally got us seated 10 minutes later. We got seated in the back across from the restroom. The waitress who served us made sure our beverages were refilled (only one refill allowed) but some how forgot to bring my refill without ice. Some of the food was decent on the buffet but only one vegetable choice. The restroom was clean, however; with all the traffic going in and out of the restroom they failed to have seat covers for their customers to utilize when in there. I was quite disappointed with my experience after spending $24.

Me and my wife waited over 20 mins to be seated as other customers that came in after us were seated and than the host came back said " oh I m sorry I totally forgot about you" so we waited and other people continue to be seated before us. Than she continued to say that they were short staff and none of the waiters wanted to wait on tables in the bar area so she was trying to find another area for us. After another 10 min of more waiting and other customers that came in after us being seated we ended up leaving.
Now that was ridiculous I don't know what was going on that day but I wanted try their food and now I will never go back to that restaurant nor any chain related

Great New Orlean style food. Menu is heavy with seafood options which I love. But there are plenty of tasty options outside of the seafood category. And there cheesecake is delicious.

My boyfriend and I decided we wanted something outside of our usual routine and ended up here. When looking at the drink menu, I got worried the food would be reminiscent of Fridays or chili's. But the food was amazing! I was very happy with the spicy crawfish toast and the tomato basil chicken. The atmosphere was interesting as well. We were put in a back room with two birthday parties, which was fine. The servers were having fun and the parties were having fun and it loosened up the almost fine dining feel you get when you walk in the door.
Only disappointment was the cheesecake. But I was told (by my S.O.) that I'm a cheesecake snob. So I'll leave it there.
    Will definitely be returning.

Couldn't give it quite 5 stars due to not being able to accommodate individuals with food allergies with other selections on the menu according to a manager at this location. It was obvious that they had other items but to tell one of my guest no and leaving her no options was just a bit much. Thank goodness she did order something she enjoyed but her experience was not good and it was during my event. Female manager that night was excellent and not for what she did but how she did. I just believe managers must stay up on their customer service skills no matter what. Food was great, service was great and we are seated quickly.
