My car got taken here after I was in an accident and my insurance decided to write it off. I went to get my personal things from my car and everything had been taken out and was just gone. They kept saying there were cameras and no one on staff would take my things but my insurance company has pictures of all my items in my car while sitting on their lot and now they are gone.

Overall unwillingness to get back to me. Would promise to "get back within 24 hours" or "before 3 PM" that same day and were 0/4 on these promises. Business is business and in the end, they make it apparent that what they care about is themselves, only thinking of the short-term gain.

Bill the General manager is rude and he basically won't help you.
He hung up the phone on me and never took care of me. We bought a RV and it was vandalized but in description was never indicated.

Worst costumer service here in the North SLC Copart location. I have never been to a business were they disrespect their clients and employees specially by one of the managers incharge named "Jina" these type of people should be terminated, they give the place a bad reputation. Ill recommed doing business in other places like iaai, manheim, adesa etc thes people are garbage

They swapped out my battery for an old one that doesn't work. When I received my car, it had to be jump started to turn it on every time. I also had a large dent on the side. I have pictures and warranties proving that they did this and they still wouldn't take responsibility! I will make sure everyone knows they are crooks.
