Worked with Ken to have a broken pane in a 9-lite front door replaced. Shawn (Sean? Shaun?) came to the house, was very kind to us and our dogs, did a nice job and and was quick. Would highly recommend based on my first encounter. Thanks, CSG!

Horrible service. Completely inept, unable to complete even simple jobs. No processes in place to guarantee workers show up to appointments, no accountability, no concern for customers at all.
