I have been coming here for six years. Many prescriptions. These people are friendly, professional, and quick. They get prescriptions done quickly. They advise me on new meds. They are conscientious and adhere strongly to the Federal and Kansas laws. If you are sincere they will do everything they can to help you. If you are a fraud, or try to defraud them, you will be caught quickly before your game is done. Their prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper than elsewhere. I will continue to come here as long as I can.

These people are very rude, they are also very nosey . They'll ask for driver's license up front and them proceed to call and verify who you are with the doctors office. overall, I would not recommend this be your pharmacy.

My Mother has been using this Pharmacy for over 30+ years. They have always been very friendly, professional, and have gone to bat for her with Insurance company.

Its kind of annoying that the lobby closes when everybody is getting off work and then from 5pm-7pm we are subject to use a drive thru that takes forever to move one vehicle. There has to be a speedier way to get this done, Dillons can do it quicker with the drive thru, Walmart can do it quicker with their drive thru and Consumer's Pharmacy is a place that specializes in pharmacy. So why are these other people so much better? I pull up to the window and sit there for at least 45 seconds while two ladies are conversing before I'm even acknowledged. I am then asked my name and birthdate then if I'm allergic to any medication, then she walks away somewhere, comes back ask for ID and payments and has to be signed paperwork walks away again and then comes back with my prescription. That was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a pharmacy.

They are great. They work with me and my insurance company. And they work will with KU. Thank you for your help and support when I went threw a difficult time. Your smiles and concern for me well being helps me make it through the tough times.

This pharmacy is great. I'm on expensive medication, and I've had some problems with my insurance not covering the medication. They worked with me. I don't think I've every had a pharmacy that will work with you like Consumer's does. They realize that prescription drugs are just another part of healthcare, and they do a great job serving their clients.
