I bought a cat from them and they told me he doesn't not need any shots for a year and that he is only 3 months old, I later took him home and got him examined from my local vet. They told me he is 6 months old and need shots and that he has intestinal problems. They found roundworms in my poor cat and he continues to have intestinal problems. I take care of all my animals properly and I had cats up to 15-22 years of age. They lie about the cats age and gave me a sick cat! I love this cat so much but my bills are rising because he continues to have problems.

Absolutely love this place. Friendly people and very helpful. The only people who can trim my dog's nails without having to sedate her. They sell everything with a great selection at reasonable prices. I recommend this place 100%

I go here for ALL my rabbit needs Also they are great if u have a puppy that needs nails trimmed.

This is the only place I shop for my pet supplies. They are knowledgeable about many breeds and are so helpful when I have a question or one of my dogs has an issue.

My Pitbull Jax stayed in Gupton's boarding facilities for 10 days. From the very moment we walked in with him for the meet and greet, everyone was so amazing. I was nervous that people would have this preconceived notion about pits and that he wouldn't be able to stay, but they treated him like family from the moment they met him. Even when we dropped him off and he was disagreeing with the dog next to him, they acted like it was no big deal. I was worried they would call me to come get him, but they just sent me pics of him playing in his kennel and let me know he adjusted fine and was doing well and everyone loved him. It put my mind at ease. When we picked him up, he smelled so good! They had given him a bath so he didn't have that kennel smell. It's three days later and he still smells great, even making our house smell great. I highly recommend this company. The people and the products are great. oh yeah and when we went there when we first got our guinea pig, the guy helping us didn't try to sell us a bunch of nonsense like Petco didhe broke down the basics and gave us some good tips. Love this place!

I love working at Gupton's!!!!! I have been grooming 18yrs now and I have worked at a few different grooming salon's, my mom's salon in Lawrence , Petco and a couple vet clinics and they are in my opinion the best atmosphere I've ever worked in. They are very caring and just about anyone that works there would give you their shirt off their backs. I just wanted to say good job and thank you to everyone at Gupton's for making me feel like this is home. Grooming appointments available call and reserve a spot.
