Great store I get all my fish from there. I have over 15 from them all doing great . My redtail catfish is about out grow my tank !!!!!!! Love it

Yes they may have a good selection. But there prices and there customer service is the issue.

You wait forever just to get some help and than when they do they can sex the animals for you cuz the one or so people that can aren't working.

If your selling fish you need to know how to sex themail. Period. If not go work the register cuz you have no business ok in the back.

How much they charge for even small fish is ridiculous. I won't be back and I'm a big spender when I feel like I'm being taken care of and not being ripped off.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Bought 300 gallon tank and had it installed by pet world. Less then a tear later seals leaked. Worked with troy and marineland to replace. Turns out the reason the seals gave out was because of a bad install. Provided materials and directions for the joist jacks under the floor where the tank would be. They failed to use the blocks and 4x4 provided and missed the left side of the tank by 2 ft. As a result the legt side settled over 1/4 inch and thre legt fromt seem split draining all the water under the stand and on the floor. Had to get upset with owner to save the fish. Troy emailed marineland info as did i. Troy felt the return pump should be replaced and said he would send an email and see if they would. In short he never sent email. He will complain that he housed my gish for free. I have the invoice from marineland on what he charged. Wjen intially purchasef was told tank had 3 mefia reactors that were never delivered after Troy stated i did not need them. He told me teice to mu face that a grounding probe was installed whrn in fact it was not. Return pump enfed up putting voltage in to tank stressing the fish and resulting in most being lost. Buy at your own risk. Still fixing issues on tank. Will be filing in court on losses and damages fone from improper install.

Some prices are too dang high. $45 for a tree branch for my chameleons. Butthey always have what I need for them. They have all the food my chameleons will ever need. The people are nice and seem to know a lot about animals. Overall 4 stars. Minus a star for some of the prices.

Just went to try to get a hedgehog only place in Wichita I could find BUT they could not sell it to me because they did not have there license to sell the exotic animal. But they where nice and let me look at them. Can't wait to buy one

The staff here very helpful and gives good advice especially about aquariums. They also have a decent selection of fish.

We bought 2 "male" gerbils from here 3 weeks ago. Found out the hard way that we bought 2 females. Did you know that the gestation period of gerbils is about 3 weeks? We do now! So.um.yeah..if you could train your employees how to tell the difference between boys and girls..that would be greatmmmkay?

Literally went all over town looking for a chinchilla. They were the only ones who had any. The guy working Jamie, was helpful and really knew his stuff. I will definitely go back for any supplies I may need in the future.

They have a large selection of pets, but my favorite were the reptiles. The baby bearded dragons really wanted out, so my family and I held them. They're really cute and really soft. There was a chameleon there and a gecko also. Along with the reptiles, they have a huge area for fish in tanks and even a macaw!
