Great experience. The mother and Son were very welcoming. We visited on a Friday, yes they are open despite seeing closed on google maps app. All the wines were amazing & we left with 7 bottles and a smile on our faces. We will deffinitly be back.

BEST WINERY IN CONNECTICUT!!! Ive been to all the wineries in Ct. No other vineyard compares! Did a tasting of 9 wines, and they were some of the best wines ive ever had!!! Bought a case, will be back soon!

DRY DRINKERS BEWARE!! My husband and I stopped here on our way home from a trip. We are typically dry drinkers, but enjoy a sweet wine once in a while. However, if I wanted a pack of juicy juice, it would have been cheaper at the grocery store. We tried 9 wines all which tasted like a sugar syrup. We left nauseas and with acid reflux. We would NOT recommend this winery.

Super sweet undrinkable wine. Alcohol swabs soaked in Welch's grape juice would have tasted better. Owners should do their own wine tasting.

Drove all the way out there for a wine tasting based on the fact that both the passport & the website said they were opened until 5pm and then when we got there @ 4:45pm they said they were closed & their last tasting was at 4:30pm. It was a long drive and the conflicting times were not helpful. They simply told us to come back the next day. Definitely not good costumer service especially after the super long drive to visit this vineyard. We will not be returning again. When visit this vineyard make sure you go early before they decide to close before their regularly scheduled times otherwise your trip will be all for nothing.

One of my favorite wineries in CT! All of the wines were delicious, staff was knowledgable and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting- I'll be going back soon!! ;

THE BEST WINERY IN CONNECTICUT! There Chardonel is the best tasting wine on the Connecticut Wine Trail. There entire lineup of wines are outstanding!!!!
