  If you are reading this, I’m about to do you a huge favor, STAY AWAY from this company! The owner Selena is incompetent as a business owner and does not run a respectable company. Long story short, I hired her to install a paver driveway, Selena held the job up for two months for a permit that wasn’t needed (charged $175), then she ordered the wrong color pavers and because her error was going to cost her too much, she quit. She kept my 50% payment and left me with 8 pallets of the wrong pavers sitting in my front yard.
  
  Permit:
  She thinks the city should have known not to accept the application and it was their fault. Seasoned companies know when permits are required, I know this because I am getting install quotes now and they all know it’s only needed for public roads.
  
  Paver Color:
  Our initial conversation, I emailed her and said we were interested and here is the color we want, she makes an appt to come over to sign the contract and at that time we tell her that we’re actually deciding between two colors and to give me a date when she would submit the order to the paver yard and I’d choose before then. I picked the final color by the date provided and texted this to her (she acknowledged text). We spoke on the phone weeks later and she mentioned the wrong color, I corrected her and she said she would confirm with paver company that she ordered the right ones. Then the wrong color gets delivered to my house, I call her immediately and she starts pointing the finger right away about how she has an email from me, I explained about everything that happed after that email. A few days later she calls and accepts responsibility saying she was looking back and has so many customers she missed it. No problem here, she offers to get right color but there’s a cost involved, I agreed to add $200 to help make things right. She determines another cheaper way to exchange pavers but wants $3000 more to order correct pavers, I declined and she threatened to quit. Then she called wanted $2000, then $1000 then $200. This was on a Fri and I said give me the weekend to decide I will let you know by Mon morning. I was confused by her behavior and wanted to consider all options. She texts me Sat night some crazy nonsense that I shouldn’t need time to decide she’s not going to do the job. This was a painful experience and even though unresolved, I’m happy to have it behind me.

  They did a rather large driveway for me and it was just perfect! The workers and the sales reps were friendly(not pushy lol) and on time and did a fantastic job! I’d not only use them again, I recommend them to everyone I know.
