In Feb of 21' an estimator came out and explained to me the pavers needed to be pulled back (25 sqft), mixed with the new pavers, and put back down so that the old pavers and the new pavers would look uniform. When the owner of the company got to the job, I asked him why this was not being done. I explained to him what the estimator had said. He said, "I am the owner of the company and this is how I do it". The pavers were never blended, they only laid down new pavers in a small section.

They also replaced the coping/steps on my front entry way. It looks absolutely terrible. Within the first few months the grout was coming out of the joints and then the coping came loose. The whole thing needs to be replaced.

They have told me that they would come out make it right and repair the coping, however, after the rude behavior by the owner and the unprofessional emails by the "second" owner (after the original feedback), I do not want then back.

I had the best experience with this company! It started with Sara on the phone, she was very helpful and had an answer for every question I had. The estimator was on time and very efficient, also had answers for all of my questions. Our pavers came out perfect and we love them! No issues with this company. We will be using them in the future!

I had Paver Pro install a 2000sq ft pool deck for me. My wife and I had in mind a general idea of what we wanted. Jeremy (the owner) came over and sat down with us giving us ideas of colors, features and aspects of the layout we didn’t even consider in our initial planning. We ended up going with a Sierra brick that we didn’t even know was an option and couldn’t be more happy! The crew was very respectful, on time, even early. We truly enjoyed watching how quickly and professionally they worked. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to add pavers to their home.

Future potential customers beware. This company does not stand by their product or their work. I've had nothing but problems with them since the beginning of the job. I've been trying to get my issue resolved for the last 11 months with no success.
When I initially contacted Jeremy (the owners) with my problems, he'd shared with me that he's had a lot of personnel issues and unreliable help. He blamed his employees for cutting corners at previous job sites causing him to fix the problems. Rather than take responsibility for the lack of training or experience that his employees had, he blamed them for the issues.
The sealant on the coping was applied carelessly causing the pool water to turn completely white. This single issue took me a month to correct, without any support provided by Paver Pro. There was no offer to have a pool service come assess the situation and fix the problem. I had to pay additional monies to get this corrected and no reimbursement was provided when asked. Related to this is that the sealant dripped down from the coping and on to the pool tile inside the pool. This issue still isn't fixed. See photos.
I've also had continuing problems with the overlay pavers, themselves. It is important to know the physical geography of the area because the owner has made excuses using the physical geography as the cause. Paver Pro argues that my home is built on a swamp causing drainage issues which have resulted in high moisture content in the bricks. My home is built 31 feet above sea level on sand with excellent drainage. The pavers were brand new and were installed 1 week after they were made. I have NO sand in between the joints of my pavers, which allows them to breathe better and to prevent moisture entrapment (Paver Pro advised me of this). I also have deck drains in place, so water drainage isn't an issue. It is also important to note that the original cool deck slab, underneath the pavers, was previously sealed with a concrete sealer.
Within a few days after the sealant was applied, the pavers began to develop a white haze, as if the sealant had worn off and and the pavers looked as if they had been newly installed. I called Paver Pro and asked them to come back to assess the situation and apply more sealant, if needed. After assessing, Paver Pro said more sealant was needed, so they applied more. It is my understanding that there are 2 reasons why pavers would have a white haze: (1) if the pavers have a high moisture content or (2) while the pavers cure, salt or effervescence, come to the surface. I asked Paver Pro about this. I was advised that the pavers were porous and could accept more sealant. As you can see in my pictures, the having problems with the white haze and white scaly lines has continued.
After consulting two other companies to come assess my situation, they confirmed my issue is the result of my overlay pavers being sealed while the underlying concrete was wet. They advised that sealing pavers should be a two-day process, especially with overlay pavers. The pavers around my pool were sealed and cleaned within 3 hours (same day). In addition, I was told that sand should have been installed between the joints and was told this by other paver sealer contractors. In short, Paver Pro cut corners. Rather than addressing the actual issue with the pavers, Paver Pro simply applied more sealant to cover up the growing problem. Jeremy, the owner, was professional in the beginning, but in the end, he has become quite arrogant and makes one excuse after another. His reasoning and excuses for the problems have changed every time he met with me. My issue is ultimately his negligence and is something he refuses to fix.
I'm posting with pics so other customers can see my issues (see Yelp user profile for all pics). I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau over this matter. This was a costly mistake and I urge you take to caution if you decide to use this company.
