Installation of pavers went fine but they refuse to replace new sod that was killed by storage of pallets on lawn

I used this company to remove a concrete driveway and to replace it with brick pavers. Initially the job looked amazing i was pleased the next morning i awoke to find that had placed pavers over the sprinkler head and water was pouring up though the driveway. A quick call and problem solved i was again impressed about the timely response to an emergency situation. I am now a few years down the road and the inferior quality of the workmanship is causing me another couple of thousand dollars to fix again what should have been automatic and normal. Both contractors i have had give bid on fixing the broken sinking edges have stated they had never seen such an amateurish job. Unfortunately when i have called them and messaged them about getting it fixed ( was even willing to pay) i am ignored. I noticed they have the picture of my driveway when they completed it on their websiteTo bad i can not put a side by side photo of what you can expect after a couple of years. I used this company because they are family owned and operated, the young adults helped their dad in all aspects. I guess the morale of the story is "you get what you pay for" Extremely Disappointed. Both my neighbors who were going to use them have decided not to..How can you recommend someone who leaves you an embarrassing finished product? Paver driveways are not supposed to sink, the edges should not crack and fall off.. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

They did a new patio and sidewalk,were on time and on budget very professional they will be installing my driveway this spring.Thanks!
